Hotel in zona Aeroporto Internazionale di Ningbo Lishe, Ningbo

This hotel had some wonderful review which actually led me to book it for the first time . This was my third visit to the property. Based on my experience over the three visit which were rather lengthy this hotel’s target market is predominantly local market . If compared to their international franchise 4 star peers the hotel lacks in many areas. 1. They offer a good spread of buffet breakfast but the assortment is mostly focused on locals guests . The selection seldom changes. 2. The bakery products offered were not fresh . Found to be cold and stale 3. Fresh fruits were found to be mixed with stale ones , not sure if they used the ones from the previous days . 4. House keeping was not the best , often found coffee-tea cups not cleaned or replaced . 5. Requested for in room complimentary coffee instead of tea . They sell coffee pouches at lobby, but instead they ask me to go down and ask for coffee at the lobby. 6. The small gym does not have any sanitiser tissue to clean the equipment before use . 7. At the lobby they have a cafe which is also the office for the hotel management staff. In the evening the area is completely mosquito infested , difficult to sit even for 5 minutes . 8. The hotel turned off the Cookson’s system , inside room temperature went up to 29 degree C. After repeated request they did something but that also did not take the temperature below 24 Degrees. 9. The hotel needs serious consideration about training the lobby staffs . A simple way to explain is their face is curved in stone . No emotion! 10. They need to review their safety protocol, they sent my guest directly to the room without even asking . For many my comments may not matter for some it may . I have spent almost 10 days on my last visit so I can’t ignore those . The best part of the stay was Mary ( forgot to ask her position). I think she’s the manager . She is the ideal face of a hotel . She has been the most pleasant and supportive among all the staffs at the hotel.

This is my go-to hotel for my business travel in Ningbo area. It is located at a convenient location, not too far from the train station and the city centre, but also easy to access the outer skirt of the city without getting into rush hour traffic. The hotel is clean and the room is spacious. The included breakfast has lots to choose from. The highlight is definitely the service. Each guest is assigned with a private concierge (or butler). Every small request or question is only a text message away. My private butler 卢蕊 was able to bump me into a better room and higher floor, took care of laundry requests and provided me tips to nearby points of interests. Upon my check out, she prepared a thoughtful gift for my journey. It is always a pleasant stay at Kaiyuan.

Great hotel, conveniently located near a subway station from where you can quickly reach the city center and tourist attractions such as The Bund. The service was friendly and left nothing to be desired. We also enjoyed the breakfast buffet with Chinese and even a few western dishes (no coffee, but that’s China). I would recommend the hotel without hesitation.

Buon hotel situato a soli 5 minuti a piedi dalla piazza Tianyi. La zona del colazione era stata ristrutturata quando sono rimasto, quindi non ha provato il buffet del colazione. La stanza era pulita e dotata di tutte le attrezzature di base. Grande valore per soldi!

Great hotel. I visit Ningbo very often. I stayed at this hotel several times. I try to book a room with a balcony. Cleaning every day, very friendly staff, there is breakfast, there is laundry and a small gym. The hotel is located in the very center of the city, very close to the train station. Not far from the hotel there is a central square where various shops and restaurants are located. Very close to the historical quarter in the colonial style. I recommend this hotel to everyone.

Very clean and chic hotel with fantastic location. Staff friendly, helpful, polite, knowledgeable and service oriented; offered water and tea when we taking rest in lobby and when we checking out. And you can enjoy free supper, and free laundry! Wonderful! Comforting and welcoming lobby, we will book Atour again in near future to China😍😍😍

La ragione per cui ha scelto questo hotel è che il suo nome hotel mi attira 🏨 La posizione geografica dell'hotel è molto eccellente, situato nel centro della città di Ningbo. Prima è la piazza di Tianyuan e poi la strada di Yi è a distanza di una strada. Il cibo e gli acquisti sono molto conveniente 🛍️, A circa 15 minuti dalla vecchia stanza e dal tavolo. Una volta entrati nella sala, i fratelli e le sorelle della sala riceveranno un caloroso benvenuto. Il servizio è anche buono. Il serbatoio di riscaldamento della stanza non è molto intelligente per chiamare il cameriere e trattarlo in tempo, La notte ho detto alla reception di andare a cena con un trucco di pepe di East Sea vicino all'hotel. La reception ha anche inviato un rullo di tavolo perfetto gratis. E' davvero un po'sorpreso. Il tipo di colazione è anche molto ricco. Ho provato la zuppa di Ningbo, e' molto delizioso, le strutture della stanza sono complete, La pulizia sanitaria è anche molto pulita, insomma, un viaggio molto soddisfatto.

週末帶娃就近玩玩，娃很喜歡住酒店，所以我攜程上挑選了好多親子酒店來對比，最後選了海底小縱隊的主題（小孩子也要追星，哈哈），房間很大，佈置上看得出來上用心了，孩子一進門就大叫太棒太喜歡了。周圍離宜家商場、阪急百貨都很近，比較方便。前台服務和客房服務都很親切。提個小建議，充電車位有點少建議能否增加。

L'hotel è bello e la camera è spaziale. La posizione è anche buona. Il colazione è più stile cinese orientato, ma c'è una macchina per caffè e il caffè è buono. L'unica questione che avevo è mordere in tutto i piedi e le gambe da insetti. Credo sia dovuto al pavimento del tetto sia nelle stanze che in ogni corridoio.
