先説問題，本人入住時間晚上8點多，當時要求前台給一個安靜的房間，但是準備睡覺關燈後（大概12點），突然發現窗外有空調外機的聲音（有可能之前在看視頻沒注意聲音），拉開窗簾去看，發現窗外一排空調外機，而且房間對的是馬路，窗户不是雙層隔音玻璃。從而導致難以入睡。其他一些小問題如下： 設施：房間設施比較新，內有一把簡單的人體工學椅，感覺還不錯 衞生：整體乾淨，房間有一股淡淡的不知道是香薰還是洗髮水（跟洗髮水味道相似）的味道 環境：我住的517房，5樓應該有一排房子對着空調外機，這些房間聲音應該較大。建議改成雙層隔音玻璃。 服務：服務衹能説普普通通。沒有親切感，而且房間安排不合理。訂單裏説的送雙人飲品也沒有收到
