Hotel was very nice and confortable. but the most amazing thing thing was hotel staff they were just great so helpful and nice during my stays all over the world these poeple were great!

The hotel is local 10min walk from metro station, close to a river (nice to go out for a walk at night) and also not too far from Dongqianhu

這邊的前台服務員真的太差了，第一次見這樣的酒店，四樓電梯進來都是一股臭味撲面而來。上夜班的服務員就知道睡覺。第一天水龍頭沒有熱水，非要説有。結果墨跡了一個小時才來，給弄好了。真的態度太差了，大家別來了。管理都沒有的

經常入住的酒店，環境非常宜人，居住舒適度很高，很安靜，距離東錢湖獨家景點非常近，停車很方便，前台糖糖人很nice非常和善，很喜歡，大家可以放心入住，性價比很不錯👍

第一次入住這家酒店，整體感覺還不錯，綠化挺好的，空氣清新，房間也打掃的很乾凈，尤其表揚前台廖廖，服務態度很好，下次還會再來的

週末不到200的價格足夠優惠。入住和退房都挺順利的。入住的時候總枱沒告訴我早餐在哪裡吃，幾點結束。凌晨回來，熱水和空調都至少20分鐘才有反應，前台也是不屑的説讓我再等等，完全沒有一點換位思考的意識。
