Shanglianggang Tourist Resort

The staff was very friendly and so supportive at the hotel and the restaurants and bar, they really went out of their way to make us comfortable and we even extended our stay by another day. The reception even assisted us to organise a birthday cake for my daughter! But at the ski resort I was approached by two men from the ski company, rudely shouted at and one grabbed my arm and tried to force me to leave the ski area because I was not wearing skis. Even though I paid the full price for a ticket just to be allowed to go inside to take photos of my kids. I had to phone my husband for assistance...not a pleasant encouter. Would not recommend it...its a seperate company than the resort. I felt assulted and humiliated.

We recently stayed at a (surprise for us) large hotel complex with various buildings. Our room was upgraded to a more modern and beautiful one in the newest building. It's important to note that the hotel complex overlaps with others, which led us to mistakenly have breakfast at a neighboring hotel's restaurant, resulting in an extra charge. Although it wasn't snowboarding season during our visit, the hotel's proximity to the slopes would make it an ideal spot for snowboarding in winter. We took advantage of the location to drive to the huge golden Buddha statue and fulfill my dream of visiting the glass bridge on another mountain. We were so enamored with the area that we extended our stay by an extra night. The hotel's own breakfast was modest, but a large bowl of noodles provided a satisfying meal. The room was stunningly clean with an incredible view, and the huge TV with a VIP movie subscription was a highlight. I could easily stay at this hotel again, if only for that amazing TV!

先説優點，入住的A區房間裝修比較新也比較乾淨，空調製熱非常給力，服務人員迴應問題還算積極，房間性價比高，不足之處就是一些小細節，比如紙巾衹有半包也沒添加過，叫了客房服務結果拿過來的也是半包（這還是第一次碰到），智能馬桶非常**，一坐上去就沖水，而且一沖水就有細細的水柱噴出來，質量堪憂，早餐品種非常少，不過這些我都能接受，唯一難以接受的就是沒有熱水，帶孩子玩雪住一晚主要是為了沖個熱水澡，早知道用不上熱水直接就回家了，反正我們都是寧波本地的，這個問題酒店人員給出的答覆是山區裏出現這種情況難以避免，這個我覺得能處理得更好些，比如入住之前提前電話告知，讓客户有選擇權，遇到問題了也可以適當送些小禮品作為彌補，總比這樣冷冰冰的回答顯得更有温度些！以上是我的個人建議，望有則改之，無則加勉。

入住A區，位置挺好，view好且安靜，車就停門口。能看出是新裝修的，馬桶都是全智能的，就是不知道為什麼它經常忘記沖水哈哈哈。標準商務酒店的裝修，簡潔整齊也夠用。雙床房對二胎家庭很友好。酒店很耐玩，有露營區還有可以徒步的登山步道，帶着娃兩天都沒走遍。秋天來的，風吹金錢松和銀杏紛紛飄落，在露營區的平台極目遠眺，峯巒疊嶂，美的美的！再有杯咖啡就更嗲了。建議製備個咖啡機，送兩個員工去培訓下怎麼做咖啡，腔調立馬就提升了嘿嘿。唯一不滿意的是，早餐太拉胯了。拉胯到下次來我要自帶早餐了。。。

旅遊度假村就不要對標酒店，但是山上環境無敵！就在旁邊一個樹屋酒店那裡，像motel車停樓下，非常贊，回味無窮，會再來，早飯年糕麪條有鍋氣，冷天吃了太美滋滋

房間內部的裝飾很有氛圍感，一席白色紗簾，窗户外的風景更是讓人美不勝收，馬桶也是智能的，真的很方便，這個時間段正是桂花開放的季節，在路上走着走着都能聞到桂花味，讓人心曠神怡，房間不僅非常乾淨，就連這邊的服務也非常的贊，尤其是管家小姜，很貼心也很暖心，人也非常的有禮貌，給她點贊。聽説這上面有滑雪場，等假期有空一定會帶着自己的朋友來體驗一番。

定了A區客房，入住發現實在很普通，於是找客服經理小姜反應，沒想到小姜很熱情的幫我升級到了地球倉，這個房型攜程預訂不了，酒店衹有三間，造的很未來很智能，視野超好。有些不足的是酒店的衞生打掃不是非常乾淨，設施維護也一般。最後還是要感謝小姜幫忙升級房型。

不錯呢，尤其是晚上的節目活動。好運連連，居然抽中再來住一晚！工作人員小姜服務熱情，大大點贊！同時希望可以在景區裏增加這遊樂項目、可以利用自然條件增加徒步的景觀步道之類。另外希望增強一下餐飲的環境和水平。既然定位是度假村，那住好、吃好、玩好是同樣重要的。

趁着放假，剛好可以到處走走，從山下來到山上，差不多花了半個小時的時間，一路上山色葱鬱，植被豐茂，更讓我難以忘懷的便是酒店的暖心服務叭，管家小姜特別的熱情款待❤️不僅接送我們到達房間裏面，就連退房的時候也是熱情歡送，還會贈送我們伴手禮，耐心收集我們的意見或者建議，讓我們的旅途增添了一絲温暖，有機會肯定會再次光臨，再會商量崗，體驗不同季節帶給我的不同旅遊體驗！！👍🏻👍🏻
