Neemrana Fort-Palace

Very helpful staff and nice stay at jal mahal. Thanks to Mahesh kharera and supervisor Ravi Kumar for helping the best they can. They ensured my bill was accurate, offered assistance with my luggage, and even asked if i needed any last minute arrangements. Highly recommend this team for their good service. Food was also good. Breakfast menu was also nice and variety of items. Wonderful experience at Neemrana Fort. Do not miss 7-8Pm show.

I have just been part of a Joint India - UK event held at the Neemrana Fort Palace. Its an amazing magical venue but what makes it so brilliant is the staff. They were fantastic. Having run events in the UK and other parts of the world, the staff at Neemrana Fort stand out. Nothing was too much trouble for them and they went out of their way to help and be as flexible and accommodating as possible. 5 stars for service is not enough!! From the young men who toil taking your luggage to your room (and this is quite a feat with so many stairs and narrow corridors in a C15th Fort), to the room cleaning, kitchen and dining room staff, front of house and conference staff they were, to a person, absolutely wonderful. The food was great; so much choice and if you need a special dish - just mention it in advance and they will make it if they can. I can sometimes be a critical person and so to write this sort of review is unusual. The senior team - Panketj Jain, Israil Khan and Mahaveer were superb and there are too many other great staff that I didn't note the names of. One example is that having but us in a car to the airport, I received a whats app wishing me a safe journey. Don't hesistate to choose the Neemrana Fort Palace if you want an amazing holiday or conference venue

This place is unique and definitely worth a visit for the quirkiness alone. It is steeped in history, has spectacular views and wild exotic (to me at least!) animals roaming the grounds. There is not a lot of choice of food - a single buffet for breakfast lunch and dinner daily, but the food itself is very good. The decor fits the style and vibe of the place; sort of old and dated but it works. Staff are friendly and we did have a good time here. The problem is the grounds themselves; steep stairs, and uneven pathways everywhere. My room was on the 8th level with no lifts (there were way more rooms a lot higher too). If you have any issues walking I would definitely avoid this place. I am relatively young and fit and even I went flying over an extension lead covered in concrete scraping away much of the skin on both my legs and elbows. I mentioned this on check out to try and avoid anyone else coming a cropper with it, but the guy didn’t seem to care.

I visited in Oct 2023, but our experience was so bad that I still remember writing a review after a year. We were given Manak Mahal room–named after a gem. My experience within the first few hours was a big turn-off, as I found this an over-hyped place with weak service standards, ill-maintained property, and stained furniture. The service standard was weak - I was made to wait 30 minutes to check-in. Though it's common in hotels, I found it annoying here as I have heard they are very particular about check-out timing. My room was small. Efforts are made to give it a luxurious feel, but in essence, it was a servant room added to give it a royal feel, in which they failed. I have seen various heritage properties better decorated and maintained. The walls of the balcony, where stained iron furniture is kept, were blackened and infested with algae and lichen (see images). But the biggest discomfort we faced was with the washroom. The washroom was accessible after crossing an open verandah/gallery, hence there was no washroom privacy. When raised it with their staff Sumit, he informed me that none of the rooms had washroom privacy. Wow! What a luxury resort! If you are a connoisseur and seeking royalty and heritage for your vacation, it is a must-avoid place. I have experienced better heritage experience in other places in Rajasthan including Udaipur, Jaipur, Orcha, etc. And better luxurious experiences in even 4-star resorts. And they don't behave pricey when you talk about your discomfort.

Great pleasure and smooth place and nice room. the calm I got in oneday it was unbelievable thanks to Neermana fort place staff specially Mohit and vinod both are too cooperative and the food was very delicious the khatta paneer at dinner yummmmmmmy. next I will recommd to my colleagues and family members to be here
