Hotel in zona Square de Bruxelles, Nîmes

Abbiamo prenotato due notti all'Hotel Royal di Nimes, Francia. Il giorno in cui ci siamo accolti, hanno pagato la mia carta di credito per la due notti di alloggio, ma non ne sono stato informato. Quando ci siamo accorti, ci è stato dato un ricevimento per il deposito di due notti, più una tassa di parcheggio e una tassa, che era dovuta alla mia carta di credito, e non è stato fino a quando ho visto la dichiarazione della mia carta di credito che ho capito che erano doppiamente pagati per il deposito di due notti. Le ho mandato un paio di e-mail sulle spese doppie, ma non ho mai ricevuto una risposta. Fortunatamente, la mia compagnia di carte di credito mi ha rimborsato le spese aggiuntive e mi ha detto che si occupassero dell'hotel sulle spese. Non ne ho mai sentito parlare. L'hotel è in una bella posizione per vedere le vicinanze a Nimes, e la stanza era buona. La nostra stanza ha guardato il ristorante all'aperto davanti all'hotel, ma non abbiamo avuto problemi di rumore la notte. Non ci siamo mangiati, perché non hanno offerto pasti senza glutine, ma c'erano altri ristoranti nella città. In generale, un buon soggiorno, tranne per i doppi oneri sulla carta di credito.

Liked · From the moment we arrived at L’Imperator Maison Albar we knew we had chosen the right hotel for our stay in Nimes. This is an EXCEPTIONAL 5-star hotel and has truly set the benchmark for luxury and hospitality. Every detail of our stay was meticulously catered to, making it a very memorable experience. Upon arrival, we were greeted with a very warm welcome from GM Romaric Blanvillain. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and we were shown around the beautiful facilities and on to our room by the charming Rievelinio. The hotel combines class, elegance and warmth, with beautiful interior decor and clever use of space and architecture. The pool is heavenly - in fact there are two pools to choose from, an indoor pool next to the spa and an outdoor pool with plenty of sun loungers and peace and quiet. By the pool we were looked after by Quentin with an impressive level of courtesy and efficiency. Breakfast was wonderful (thanks to Natalie and Romane) and served in a calm setting, with the choice of indoor or outdoor seating. What truly sets L’Imperator apart is the exceptional service provided by the team and the way they make guests feel. Many hotels try to be hospitable because that is their job, they are ‘paid to smile’, but the Albar staff are happy to be there and show genuine care for each guest- even remembering guests names when greeting them. Special mention to the Hero’s Pierre and Benjamin, who both went above and beyond in their assistance and care. And the exceptional Fabien (so speedy) Tristan and Frederic, Kaoutar, Doriane, Karla, Clara, Maxime, Imrane, Sabah and Claire. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a truly exceptional stay. We have already re-booked to stay again…we love Nimes and we will come back to stay at L’Imperator.

La posizione dell'hotel è un po'di distanza dalla città. Il supermercato è anche molto lontano, ma il rapporto prezzo è molto alto. La stanza è grande, ha un po'di acqua calda, e ha bisogno di acqua calda più conveniente.

Molto adatto per viaggi di lavoro, le camere sono piccole e raffinate, i letti sono molto comodi, il bagno è pubblico ma molto pulito, e ci sono molti posti auto. Il design dell'intero hotel è molto giovane, come un ostello, ma anche come un motel, con prestazioni di alto costo. Avere l'opportunità di soggiornare in questo hotel

abbiamo trascorso un solo giorno in questo albergo, apprezzandone l'ampio parcheggio privato, chiuso da cancello, la cortesia del personale e la logistica rispetto alla viabilità principale. La camera (n°106 al 1° piano) non è grande, ma è correttamente organizzata e pulita, così pure per la toilette. Buona qualità del sonno grazie ad un buon materasso ed al silenzio (la camera dà sul parcheggio interno). Manca la cassaforte, ma è presente il bollitore. Buona anche la colazione, servita in un locale ben attrezzato ed ordinato, con possibilità di mangiare anche in giardino. Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo.

Molto bel hotel, personale accogliente e molto simpatico. Ci siamo trasferiti una splendida soggiorno. Camera molto piacevole, sala d’acqua molto bella. Spa e colazione completamente consigliabile. Molto buon soggiorno in coppia, con un ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo.

Per un soggiorno memorabile, nel charmante villaggio di Collias. Casa impeccabile e amichevole, siamo subito confortevoli. Un magnifico progetto, frutto di una lunga riflessione e lavori di Titan. La decor è bella, il dettaglio è spinto molto lontano. Il parco in primavera è magnifico. Sul terrazzo, nei poti di Uzès, crescono bellissime varietà di menta. Camera spaziale in cui tutto è ben pensato. L'intera squadra è molto professionale, tutto è fluido, come se fosse stato accolto da amici. La cucina di Julien Martin vale in larga misura il suo nuovo macarone Michelin, creativo, inventivo, mettendo in avanti prodotti del terreno, un menu con accordo mets/vini, tutto è perfetto. Questo unico luogo evoluisce, i progetti continuano, torneremo!

The most stunningly refurbished hotel right in the heart of the town - it was beautiful - spacious and light - we had a room right opening to the pool - it is so cool inside with the way it has been designed - there is a lift - we had a separate toilet and a wet room so beautifully tiled and the view from our toilet window was overlooking the pool and onto the Cathedral - stunning! Quiet - also has a fab roof top patio with great views over the town - the garage is tight but its great if you can get a park - simply ask when booking - and the staff attentive. - Especially lovely Luic who helped us with everything we needed and was so helpful. has its own minibar with everything provided - great modern amenities for the weary traveller - chargers etc the breakfast was wonderful !
