We had an amazing experience at the Resort, and a huge part of that was thanks to Raj. From the moment we arrived, Raj made sure we felt comfortable and well taken care of. He personally helped us plan a surprise for our daddy’s 60th birthday, and we couldn’t have asked for a better coordinator. The resort itself is spectacular — the ambience is peaceful, the views are breathtaking, and the entire property feels like a perfect getaway. The food was absolutely delicious, with every meal tasting fresh and beautifully prepared.

Great experience! The park is surrounded by beautiful tea plantations and a true rainforest. A fantastic place if you're looking for peace and quiet, beautiful nature, and a break from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Wonderfully helpful and hospitable people! Authentic Indian cuisine. Delicious, highly recommended!

Honestly, the major feedback is to arrange for a pick up from devala- deducting a star for that. Fellow travelers, if you are taking your car- pls be ready for it loose tyre pressure and damage.. additionally the road to the resort is a climb uphill, and is completely offroad.. a single stone to your engine and your car will be dead. However, apart from this the location is beautiful and scenic. Raj and Subeesh were over the top in terms of follow-ups and asking us about our arrival and if we were on the right route. I would like to rate 10 stars to them for their warm service. Also, me and my husband loved our guide for the forest trek - Gokul. He is sooo enthusiastic about his job, jolly and fun. We didn't even realise that we spent hours with him in the middle of the forest without checking our phones. He has immense knowledge about the wild and again - 10 stars to him too. Oh, also how can I forget the Head Chef ❤️ He was the reason we would get up early to have his yummy meals. Take this stay without a second though you will love the nature and the experience. For the resort, pls start providing pickups to people from Devala entry point. Thank you all for hosting us!

The place was good …the names explains it ….a world without cellphone..Mr Raj called me at the right time ,guided as from the starting of the trip and us reach the place at the right time as it was dangerous to drive late In the evening..The road for about 4-5 km was bad..The place was good with a lot of activities.We were late to arrive still Mr Raj arranged us lunch..so good to take care of him and shown us the place.The buggy ride was late but on vacating the place it was on time🤣..Food was average over all..Kayaking was different..overall a great trip..Carry your treaking shoes.
