The staff are very polite. Credible however is a strange word to use when you charge 16 Euros or so for a breakfast and are handed a menu with prices in the restaurant. I was offered a medium breakfast at €9.50 because I asked for scramvled eggs. I was asked if I want spelt bread or a croissant. Both I said. Oh no, it's either or. After arguing the point of honesty with the waiter (still very polite) I got both. But why would I have to argue for an extra piece of bread on a 9.50 breakfast having paid around 16. It took from the visit. A policy change needed? Clarity needed? Have a think and maybe then the name credible will be more of a match. Again kudos to the staff fpr their politeness. I was even offered an extra slice of cheese. This is an issue for management.

I frequently visit this cafe, and I've let a lot slide, but this will be my last time. The waitresses are consistently rude and unpleasant. It appears that as a non-Dutch student, I receive different treatment here. I've observed the waitresses being bubbly and kind to other customers, but their demeanor changes drastically when they approach my table, their smiles quickly disappear. This has happened not just once or twice, but consistently, which clearly indicates a problem.

This would not be the usual sort of hotel I would book, but Hotel Credible was recommended to me by the person I was visiting. It is a little bit quirky but that is what makes it fantastic. The room itself is small but ideal for a stay of a couple of days. Clean and did not look tired like some big chain hotels. I had a comfy and quiet sleep. I did not have a chance to sample the restaurant in the evening as had other plans. However, had a great breakfast the next day which closed off my stay.

We stayed in Hotel Credible for a 5-day conference at Radboud Uni, plus an extra day. It was lovely - the room was great, nothing fancy, but super clean, practical and beautifully quirky, the bed was good and the bathroom really great. We felt safe and cherished there. I asked for a kettle and two mugs, and having those made the stay even better! The staff was friendly and professional. The whole atmosphere was so nice (and super cool) that we didn't really want to try out other restaurants for dinner, because we had everything we needed and wanted right there! The breakfasts are substantial and of a high quality, with gluten-free options as well. There is a bus stop right in front of the building and a few nearby. It's a bit of a stretch from the station, but no problem with the available buses, and the setting is lovely. On the last morning, we could leave our luggage in the store room for a few hours and go and explore a bit before leaving. Great location, highly recommended, will definitely stay there again! This is a very interesting little hotel in Nijmegen, the staff are wonderful and couldn't be more helpful. Our room could have done with a bedside table on both sides of the bed and with the cold stone floor, a rug on each side would also have been nice. The room was bright and airy but the heating was off when we checked in and on the following day, the window was left open in the afternoon on a cold day. The mattresses need securing to the bed frames as they move as you move in the night and I fell out of bed because the mattress had moved so far off the bed. Breakfast was just right, homemade granola, fresh fruit and lovely natural yoghourt.

Belachelijk slecht hotel. We hadden een kamer geboekt tijdens de zomerfeesten. Voor maar liefst € 340, = voor 1 overnachting. Na een hele dag feesten kwamen we ‘s nachts aan in het hotel. Mijn reisgenoot ging nog even een sigaretje roken uit het raam. Vervolgens werden we na 5 minuten en wel midden in de nacht op straat gezet. De stoere manager had wel voor de zekerheid even wat hulp ingeschakeld met zijn heldendaad. Ik laat het er niet bij zitten in ieder geval. Jullie horen nog van mijn advovaat.

na 22.00 uur kun je als vegetarier kiezen voor een bittergarnituurtje… in vergelijking met de niet vegetarier krijg je dan 10 stukjes van iets i.p.v. 12 voor de niet vegetarier. Daarbij betaal je i.p.v. 9 euro als vegetarier 10 euro. Je krijgt dan een 50 gram gefrituurde snackjes met een niet bijpassende sauce. De ober begreep geheel mijn kritiek…. maar ja… Een bedrijf wat zich richt op jong publiek en een blik op de toekomst…. Ik voel me als vegetarier…. :-( ik vind dit heeeeel slecht.

Backpack accomodatie wat je voor de prijs niet zou verwachten. Focus ligt op de bar niet op hotel. Zeer gehorig en slapen wordt lastig als je stemgeluid en dreunende muziek vanuit de bar goed kan horen met nachtelijke sluitingstijd. Kussens vies. Doucheslang niet in orde. Wel vriendelijk personeel

De medewerkers kwamen tot 2 keer toe vragen of alles naar wens was. Wij hadden alleen iets te dinken, maar wij waardeerden dit enorm. Wij hebben dit ook tegen de medewerkers gezegd nadat wij betaald hadden. Zij waren hier heel erg blij mee.
