Hotel in zona Byzantijnse kapel, Nijmegen

Hotel is erg goed gelegen op het einde van de hippe winkelstraat waar ook ook veel restaurants gelegen zijn, dichtbij Grote Markt, Waal kade, Kronenburger park. Onze kamer was blijkbaar in renovatie want er hing een indringende verfgeur en verf sporen op de badkamer vloer die nog niet verwijderd waren. TV moeten verbinden en opnieuw moeten installeren. Voor sommigen misschien details maar zou in orde moeten zijn.

The Hotel Van der Valk Nijmegen-Lent is quite simply outstanding! We travelled from Wales, UK, and this is the sixth year that we have stayed at the hotel during the period of the Vierdaagse 4-day Nijmegen Marches (second to third week of July). The hotel offers first class accommodation and service. The restaurant and bar are spacious and comfortable, and offer an excellent service and wide selection of food and drinks throughout the day and evening. Decor throughout is elegant. The hotel is located close to the city and is easily accessible by road and rail. It has a large integral multi-storey car park with free parking, and covered, direct and easy access to the hotel. It lies adjacent to the Nijmegen-Lent railway station, with frequent trains and a four minute journey into the central station and city of Nijmegen. We run out of superlatives in praise of the hotel staff! From Marije the Director and Marijn the Marketing and Communications Manager, to the reception, restaurant, Lola’s Bar and housekeeping staff, who are all just wonderful, courteous, helpful and knowledgeable of the area. Communications throughout the booking, main stay and departure process were efficient and well coordinated. In our experience as international travellers of many years, the staff offer a wonderful, warm and personalised touch to your stay and are a credit to the hotel and the wider Van der Valk group. Very well done Hotel Van der Valk Nijmegen-Lent: 10/10 from us.

Aveva solo un drink e un snack pre-pranzo, ordinava un piccolo snack di charcuterie con noci di formaggio e olive, era una parte generosa che riempiva abbastanza per non avere bisogno di cena quando siamo tornati a casa a Lent. Amico personale e molti di loro, noi ci sedevamo con il nostro cane sulla terrazza, che guardava un lussuoso campo verde, e ci siamo sentiti molto benvenuti.

Fabulous service, wonderful food. We stayed here for four nights and ate here every single night, because both the staff and the food was so lovely. We have no Dutch but the staff had excellent English and were very patient with us and looked after us brilliantly. The rooms are spotless and the beds very comfortable. Would definitely stay here again.

Solo a pochi passi (grazie per la collina) dalla stazione ferroviaria (servizi di trasporto ferroviario e autobus affidabili a quasi ovunque nei Paesi Bassi) l'hotel è ancora più breve a piedi dalla banca settentrionale del Nederrijn con le sue ombre passeggiate e Molti ristoranti. Molto conveniente, poiché non c'è nessun ristorante a nessun IHG Express. Quando sono arrivato a mezzogiorno la stanza non era pronta, ma il personale (più tardi) era felice di tenere il mio caso fino a quando non sono tornato quel pomeriggio (e ancora dopo l'uscita di check-out prima di partire in un treno di pomeriggio). La stanza stessa era una grande dimensione con un letto grande e confortevole, un desk e una sedia funzionale e una sedia confortevole. Carni, uova e formaggi erano adeguate, iogurt buono, salsa di frutta fresca molto buono. Il caffè era fornito da macchina e buono con una varietà di offerte. Non ho provato nessuna delle altre scelte fredde (standard con il marchio Express) e non ho provato nessuna delle altre scelte fredde. Anche se si trovava abbastanza centralmente con facile accesso ai negozi e tutte le strutture e le infrastrutture abituali, la stanza era tranquilla e tranquilla. Un mini-supermercato Albert Heiijn, al contrario, ha attirato piccoli gruppi di sera, ma non è stato un disturbo - in effetti molto utile per un'occasione di piccoli acquisti. Wir waren zum zweiten Mal in Kleve für einen Kurztrip und wieder restlos begeistert. Da unsere Anreise kurz ist, haben wir Mittags eine Kleinigkeit gegessen (sehr lecker) und konnten deutlich vor der Zeit unser Zimmer beziehen. Wunderschön und mit Blick auf die Spoy! Restlos begeistert hat uns das Abendbrot. Selten bis nie haben wir außerhalb der Küste so guten Fisch gegessen. Ein kleiner Tipp, der aber auch bitte als Tipp und nicht als Kritik verstanden wird: eine bessere, mediale Präsenz zur Infomationensmöglichkeit wäre schön. Und ein Traum wären kleinere Portion für Erwachsene. So werden wir nie den Nachtisch schaffen. Der Wolfsbarsch war unvergleichlich gut, aber leider war danach kein Platz mehr für ein Dessert. Ein besonderer Dank an dieser Stelle an Heidi und die restlichen Engel für die vielen Tipps und die unglaubliche Geduld beim Thema Klimaanlage!

Hotel di alta qualità.Le grandi strutture della stanza sono nuove e la vita è molto comoda.La reception è molto buona.Poiché l'hotel non organizza sempre tutte le attività, le persone vengono più spesso.Non so perche' la maggior parte della notte e'una radio improvvisamente molto alta nella stanza mattinale, e il giardino non può sentire, e l'hanno trasmesso tre volte. Gli ospiti del negozio parcheggiano gratis.
