As foreigners, the hotel has no sign in English which was given me confusing where the location is. I would suggest to put more English sign and clearly provide the explanation that the hotel is also located on the 4th floor. Unluckily my assigned was very tiny as it is right to the lift and it’s quite noisy. The bed is not quite comfy compared to Aomori one where I stayed two night before. Food is provided in the box which is giving more flexibility to bring up to your room or taking away if you wish. Another little thing, the hotel doesn’t utilize the member card as key card where the Aomori one does.

5部屋予約して、電話で1室だけ部屋の階数変更を依頼しました。予約番号も違うのを教えてもらいましたが、チェックインの際、その番号を入れてもチェックインできず、結局みな同じ階になりました。残念です。歯ブラシが部屋になく、フロント4Fにあるので持って行くの忘れずに！

駅前の最高の立地条件です。ホテルと同じビルに、居酒屋、ファミレス、食堂全て揃って最高です。ベットも、某おばさんホテルに比べたら、眠るのに差し支え無い程度の物ですよ。コスパ最高！

食事がついていてよかったです。レイトチェックアウトは1時間1000円でした

少し古い感じもしたが、綺麗で、ユニットバスも広め、リッチよし！ベッドも寝やすい良いホテルでした！ 次回もまた泊まろうと思います！！！！ デメリットとしては、提携駐車場が少し狭いので 大きい車の人は入れずらいかもしれませんね！ まぁ、一泊900円なので我慢しましょう笑

設備的確是相對老舊，但東橫inn的品質穩定，服務快捷，適合只想快速入住的旅客。（雖然沒中文服務員，但英文也能快速溝通）

Once we were able to figure out how to get to the parking it was great for us. You drive into the garage and then they have an elevator system to store 29 vehicles. So if you bring a car to this hotel hopefully you’ll be one of those. The train station is right next door. Tons if restaurants and shopping and sightseeing.

Very close to the Niigata station, shops and restaurants. A very well-priced hotel with good free breakfast.

Close to Niigata Station, shops, and restaurants. I like Toyoko Inn because of the free breakfast, clean and spacious room compared to other "business" hotels.

I did not like as the hotel in 4th floor, and the parking was too far , l took the luggage to go to the 4th floor, very difficult and inconvenient. Overall the hotel is good , service and breakfast was good
