This is a very well done 4 star hotel two blocks from the beach in Nieuwpoort. Breakfast everyday was excellent. The rooms were updated, modern and very clean. Beds are on the firm side per American standards. Rooms were also quiet and the staff was very accommodating and friendly. I would highly recommend this hotel!

We loved the modern aesthetic and decoration of our room and Hotel in general. Good location, 200m from the zeedijk and 200m from the start of the Paul Orban promenade along the Yser river. Great restaurant, the Nobla restaurant, that we also strongly recommend

Very nice and clean hotel! Breakfastroom is a bit small. The temperature in the hotel is far too high, in the bedroom, breakfastroom. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Parking is easy under the hotel or in the garage in the neighbourhood..

central location, beach in close walking distance, several parking solutions in close area, coastal tram station in front of the hotel, a large choice of restaurants in the area, the hotel is very nice renovated/redecorated, very clean ( actually whole Nieuwpoort looks surprisingly clean ) , nice (high-tech !) rooms, inviting terrace, nice choice of beers from the draft !, great breakfast ( plenty of fresh fruit, tasty pancakes , large variety of "pistoleekes" and ...bubbles included!), professional staff & friendly housekeeping-team !

We had a Nice stay. Luxery room, good bed, good breakfast. Good location, close to the coast and shopping street. Many restaurants nearby. Friendly reception. We booked the panorama parking very close to the hotel. There is also a restaurant in the hotel.

This hotel is a hidden gem. Exceptionally modern, clean and friendly. A wonderful surprise during an unplanned stay. Highly recommend and would definitely stay there again

We waren heel tevreden over het hotel, verzorgde kamers, vriendelijke bediening, goede ligging, uitgebreid verzorgd ontbijt, mooie tafel met mooi uitzicht. Uitgerust met de laatste domotica, uitleg in de infobrochure. Er waren zowel harde als zachte kussens ter beschikking. Alles was top verzorgd en klasse. Enkele punten die wij als minder hebben ervaren : 1.als je douche gebruikt is de badkamer nat, doordat er geen deur of glazen cabine is, is gewoon met een opening 2.in de inkomhal en in de ontbijtruimte is er een overdaad aan kunstbloemen. Voor deze klasse van hotel prefereren wij een mooi grote ruiker met levende bloemen. 3. wij vonden de prijs van de garage wel hoog, 80 € voor 2 nachten, eerlijkheidshalve wel toegegeven dat wij op voorhand niet naar de prijs geïnformeerd hebben.

We verbleven in een tripple deluxe kamer met een klein venster dat uitkeek op een muur. Het voelde claustrofobisch aan. Het merendeel van het personeel is niet professioneel en zelfs onvriendelijk. We kregen bijvoorbeeld geen goede morgen, geen smakelijk, geen prettige dag van de dame aan het ontbijt. Om 7:30u ‘s ochtends zat iemand van het personeel aan de bar Karmeliet (bier) te drinken naast de ingang van de ontbijtzaal. Een andere medewerker was zichzelf boterhammetjes aan het smeren aan het ontbijtbuffet. We voelden ons absoluut niet welkom aan het ontbijt. Het ontbijt zelf was wel verzorgd en lekker. De bar/ontbijtzaal zijn mooi ingericht en er speelt rustige muziek. Het hotel steeft een bepaald imago na, maar het personeel draagt dit imago absoluut niet uit. Er waren wel een paar vriendelijke medewerkers, maar het merendeel was dit niet. Prijs/kwaliteit zit dit hotel niet goed; het is willen, maar niet kunnen door de manier waarop het merendeel van het personeel zich gedraagt.
