The rooms are a bit outdated. Funny smell in the corridors. The room that we were meant to stay in was dirty and had some stuff in the room that are not ours. but luckily the people in reception were very nice and changed our room. But I don’t think I will come back again

Best place to stay in MADE, good parking, nice rooms, friendly/helpful staff, the restaurant for an evening meal is superb, water pressure is good, nice beds, easy parking, the only thing that needs to improve is the breakfast offering, it is not so delicious.

We have been staying in this hotel for about 8 years now! There is always a group of us, this year it being 5 couples. We have always has very pleasant stays until this year! First of all one of the rooms wasn’t ready at the check in time of 3pm, and a coffee voucher was given as an apology! Another couple were about to walk into their room after they had just checked in and the cleaner stopped them from going in!! Then there’s the breakfast….or lack of the breakfast I should say!! We went to the breakfast room the first morning there were no sausages, barely any bacon and they weren’t cooking anymore, no tomatoes left, only one cereal, no fruit, no toaster!! This was just utterly appalling! Only good thing was that the bed was comfortable.

We selected this location as strategically located close to the National Park of Biesbosh, and highly rated for the quality of its restaurant. We arrived on Saturday afternoon and we were positively impressed by the outside décor of the reception. Nevertheless, our high expectations were immediately disappointed when we entered our room, number 129. The room immediately reminded us of a hospital room with its plain and white decoration. In addition, the small space, uncomfortable bed, filthy mold on the windows (see photo), and dirty broken shower (see photo) and poor sound insulation made our stay really uncomfortable. We did our check out the morning after and the staff did not bother to ask us how our stay was. We do not recommend to book this place. For 110 EUR per night (exc. breakfast) totally not worth it. Just try the food at the restaurant and find a better place where to stay.

Na de recensies gelezen te hebben, gelijk een upgrade á €15 per nacht gekocht. Ruime comfortkamer aan de achterzijde van het hotel. Goede keuze. Rustig en goed geslapen. Het ontbijt is altijd overal goed bij Fletcher. Aardige bediening. Avondeten heerlijk; de sliptong is aan te bevelen.

Parkeren ging vlot naast het hotel, check in snel en heel vriendelijk. Kamer was klein, rook extreem naar schoonmaakmiddel, maar prima. Het bed 1.60, wel klein met z’n 2e, maar in mijn geval sliep ik alleen. Maar ik heb nog nooit zo slecht geslapen, wat een gehorig hotel.. je hoort iedereen over de krakende vloer langslopen, de buren (oudere mensen) hebben het tv op standje 100 en je hoort ze continue praten. Dit hotel is verouderd en totaal niet goed geïsoleerd. De douche was top, maar er zit geen afzuigsysteem waardoor je hele kamer blauw van de warmte staat, gelukkig kon het raam open. Maar de kozijnen hebben zn beste tijd ook gehad, die moeten echt opgeknapt worden, helemaal rot. Ontbijt goed, vanalles te kiezen en goed aangevuld, personeel wederom ook vriendelijk.

Déception ! Si le restaurant est correct, la chambre ne l'est pas du tout. Exigüe, ce qui ne serait pas trop grave si c'était propre, et literie inconfortable. Nous avons du faire changer un drap de bain qui était sale. L'évier qui ne s'écoulait pas. Le pommeau de douche brunâtre et crasseux. Évacuations sanitaires sales. L'unique vitre était crasseuse et traces de boue anciennes (pourtant nous étions au 1er étage)/ Nous avons été dans d'autres hôtel Fletcher et celui-ci n'est pas du tout à la hauteur. Si nous avions commencer ici, nous n'aurions jamais repris de nuit dans un hôtel de cette chaîne.

We hadden een golfarrangement geboekt voor 6 personen. Enkele dagen ervoor is een persoon vanwege een blessure moeten afhaken voor wat betreft het golfen (hij is wel meegegaan naar het hotel en heeft daar gedineerd, overnacht en ontbeten). Ik heb zelf de beide golfbanen hierover geïnformeerd en ik heb Fletcher geïnformeerd. Beide golfbanen gaven aan alleen de kosten voor 5 personen in rekening te brengen. Echter Fletcher bracht gewoon de kosten voor 6 personen in rekening. M.a.w. zij verdienen extra over de rug van een geblesseerde gast. Zeer onfatsoenlijk en dan druk ik mij nog netjes uit.

Zeer slecht hotel op een mooie zomerdag is de temp in de kamer boven de 40 graden. Bij de receptie klagen wordt er gezegd daar is niets aan te doen, maar de kamer annuleren was ook niet mogelijk,bij vragen over n manager of leidinggevende krijg je als antwoord die is niet aanwezig en ik ga nu eerst pauze houden!
