酒店位置不錯，房間乾淨整潔。因為有49歐的月票，搭乘公共交通去周邊遊就比較方便。酒店的早餐是典型的德國自助，非常好，可頌做的有水準。是一家值得推薦的酒店。

I enjoyed my stay and would stay there again! This is a new hotel - the staff was very welcoming and friendly, check-in was easy. The room was very clean (no carpet other than a small one in front of the bed) with a perfect shower! The room has a small fridge and an electric water kettle.
The hotel is right between the train station and the bus terminal and a ~ 20 minute walk away from the old city. It is ideal when using public transportation. There is a public parking garage across from the hotel ($ 12 per day, no in-and-out privileges) however, paying with my credit card did not work and the machine does not take cash. There is a large open parking lot within a 5-10 minutes walk ($ 5 per day).
There are several options to get some food / snacks: The hotel offers breakfast, some dinner options, and a bar. The mini market in the train station is open until 10 pm and there are a few other options to get food.

Ein neues Wohlfühl-Hotel in Lübeck: sehr gute Lage, engagierte und freundliche Mitarbeiter, neue und sehr saubere Zimmer, ein gutes Frühstück in einem sehr schön gestaltetem Frühstücks-Restaurant; ein guter Tipp für preiswertes Parken. Wir kommen jederzeit gern wieder.

Er is lawaai van het busstation Geen parkeren moet je verderop in commerciele garage doen en maar hopen dat er plek is. Heel slecht langzaam internet. Zeer onbekwaam en onvriendelijk receptie personeel. Heel erg warm in de kamer ondanks koelingsregeling en in de ontbijtruimte niet te doen zo warm. Slechte lopende badkamerdeur vinger bekneld geraakt durfde niet naar receptie in verband met onbeleefde dame aldaar. Heel duur met parkeren in commerciele garage bijna 180 euro voor standaardkamer met ontbijt voor 1 nacht. Ontbijt heel matig weinig keus. Wel heel erg lekker koffie. Op de kaner geen water koker of thee of koffie. Ondanks dat het niet druk was werd er bij t ontbijt niets opgeruimd. Geen prullenbakjes bij ontbijt. Absolute afknapper en geen 180 euro waard. Er zijn vele soortgelijke reviews. Kamer was niet schoon en twee keer komt schoonmaker kloppen kon kaartje even niet vinden waren ook onvriendelijk

Gut gelegenes modernes neues Hotel, obwohl es zwischen Bahnhof und ZOB liegt, ruhige Zimmer, freundliche, hilfsbereite Mitarbeiter, unkomplizierter persönlicher Check-In, Check-In am Automat auch möglich, moderne Einrichtung, sehr schönes sauberes Zimmer, coole Tapete, modernes Bad mit Regendusche, reichhaltiges Frühstück, es wurde immer schnell nachgefüllt, ein zweiter Kaffeeautomat wäre schön, ansonsten große Getränkeauswahl, Lachs hat mir gefehlt. Wir waren rundum zufrieden.

Das Hotel hat mich absolut überzeugt. Modern, sauber, sehr gut schallisoliert (keine Aussengeräusche, obwohl direkt am Bahnhof gelegen) und freundlicher, effektiver hanseatischer Service: von der Rezeption über die Resaturantbedienung bis zum Hotelmanager!

Freundlichkeit der Mitarbeiter und Service waren hervorragend! Zimmer war super und das Housekeeping absolut perfekt! Das Frühstück hatte eine große Auswahl incl. aller Getränke, für mich blieb kein Wunsch unerfüllt. Die verantwortlichen Mitarbeiter waren sehr aufmerksam und hilfsbereit!
