The entire front of the house is glass and opens to a tranquil outdoor experience, where howler monkeys can be heard from all around most mornings and evenings, while flocks of wild parrots circle at sunset. Every bedroom has access to the gorgeous ocean views with balcony seating. The master bedroom also has it’s own private balcony. The cool mountain breezes provide refuge from the summer humidity, as does the 25’ infinity pool and refreshing outdoor shower. We also provide a concierge service to help with all your needs. They organize add-ons such as a personal chef, adventure tours, surf lessons, rentals, reservations and more!As a final note for those concerned with creepy crawlies…This house does also include a pest control system that helps keep many insects away. That being said, this is still the jungle and there is always the chance for unwelcome visitors! So keep in mind that this is an “open air” house, there will be insects that get inside. The bedrooms are air conditioned but the main floor of the house relies on cross breeze from the front and back fully opening window walls.The main house is 3 bed 3 bath, however if extra room is required there is an adjacent king bed studio casita w/ kitchenette, on property that might be available to add on for a fee.SAFTEY SECTION.: This house is on a mountain with rough terrain and steep drops. Many people live on the road, including me, and travel the roads regularly with no problem, but I want to be transparent about the potential dangers. The house sits on a mountain cliff with an unprotected steep drop. We advise extreme caution when bringing children.The house itself is on a mountain overlooking Playa Garza & Playa Guiones. It is 2 miles from the beaches of Garza ( 8-12 min drive) and 7 miles to the beaches of Guiones (20 min drive), this area is what most people know as NOSARA. I usually use the Guilded Iguana Beach resort as my “pin” when heading to town, because its centrally located and right off the beach. Access to the property is best by SUV or ATV, as the unpaved mountain roads can be rough on low to the ground rental cars. The location of this property is enough out of town to offer total privacy and yet close enough to get to town and the beach quickly. The serenity is amazing, the views are magic! Due to being high on a hill, there is always a breeze and less mosquitos. The infinity pool invites you to laze or swim laps while you gaze at the ocean. You can literally walk into the pool from both the living room area as well as the master suite. The gourmet kitchen, with lots of amenities, including an ice cream maker, has sliding windows that open up to the mountains so when you are preparing food, you have wonderful views. The yoga deck/art/massage studio, on top is the crowning jewel! You feel like you are on top of the world with a 360 degree view of ocean and mountains and sky, nothing else besides lots of monkeys and birds! Our little family of monkeys traverse the property on a regular basis.You can spend hours watching them play. There are other decks to sun on or relax in the shade. The bedrooms all have private baths with outdoor/indoor showers. Art is integrated everywhere, including the owners light sculptures, architectural glass installations and paintings. The paintings are all for sale and the light sculptures are available for order. All of the furniture was designed by the owner and made specifically for the house. Schedule a massage on the yoga deck with several massage therapists in Samara, enjoy a glass of wine while you watch the monkeys or play in the pool. There intentionally are NO TV's, however there is internet so you can stay connected, watch movies online and listen to music. This is the place to have a REAL Costa Rican experience of being surrounded by the beauty and serenity of the natural environment while also being bathed in elegance. A place to relax, recharge your creative juices and most of all just enjoy! This is not an appropriate property for young children due to the lack of railings on top decks and the fact that the two bedrooms other than master have their own separate entrances from outside for privacy. It is ideal for up to three couples or families with older children. Liberia airport is app 2 hrs away and San Jose airport is 4-5 hours away so unless you arrive in time to make it to the property by 9:00 pm it is best to stay over and arrive the following day. I however do recommend trying to arrive before dark as it is easier to find and get the lay of the land! If your flight is late or some other problem occurs that makes you run late please advise Louise, my neighbor who will be checking you in right away (506) 2656-2462.You will receive a welcome check in letter with check in details, GPS coordinates and basic directions. While the house does not have central air-conditioning, each bedroom has remote controlled air-conditioning and the living room/dining rooms have overhead ceiling fans. These, along with 3 sets of sliding doors, create good air-flow. When thedoors are open, the living space is literally doubled and the refreshing outside ocean breezes can flow through. It is so quiet at night, you will get a really deep sleep and wake up rested and ready for your days adventure. Veneto #2 is a two-bedroom and two-bathroom condo overlooking beautiful Samara Bay. Each bedroom contains a queen sized bed and attached bathroom with shower sleeping up to 4 people comfortably. Air conditioning keeps both bedrooms and the living area cool, but you can also open the windows wide to allow the Pacific breezes in. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you might need including coffee maker, toaster, blender, kettle, stove, oven, etc. The washer and dryer are right in your apartment as well. Veneto #2 is one of the few condos in the building to have a balcony where you can enjoy your morning coffee while listening to the sound of the waves as you watch them crash against the reef. Howler monkeys are common is the area and play in the tress on the property, and the scarlet macaws fly overhead. Veneto #2 is located on the ground floor, so hauling things in from your vehicle is easy, and the elevator takes you down one level to the warm infinity swimming pool and lounge area with seating available in the sun or the shade. There are washrooms and showers down by the pool as well.The condo is within a gated complex with 24 hour security. Parking is available for 1 vehicle.
