Hotels con internet a Nicosia

I booked this hotel as a nice few nights away with my partner for her birthday. I emailed the hotel on 3 different occasions prior to arrival for recommendations for a luxury restaurant meal. Not a single reply! I did not expect any preferential treatment for my partners birthday but not a single welcome, happy birthday, bottle of wine, bowl of fruit. Nothing. When we checked into our room the plug in the bath would not open and the handle on the wall, for safety getting in and out of the bath was hanging loose. One evening the electricity went completely out and we were left in total darkness. The hotel did not have any safety lighting in the room or corridor. If we did not have a light on our phones, we would be crawling around trying to get out. This is a health and safety failure of the biggest. How did this pass fire safety regulations? The pool is under cover near a relaxing area and also a dining area. It's a lovely big pool but it was freezing cold. A 5 star hotel should be capable of keeping it warm. I doubt anybody will use it now until next year when the sun shines through the glass roof to heat it up. It's a waste because it could be used. I took a pair of trousers and shirt for our birthday meal but they needed a quick iron. The hotel does NOT have an iron!!!! I would have to use the laundry service that would cost over £10 to iron my shirt and trousers. They did not need washing. And it would take how long. I have never been to any hotel that could not provide an iron o4 an area, where I could quickly iron a few creases out of my clothes. At breakfast I asked for English breakfast tea. Initially it was good then they bought me Earl Grey. I put milk in and then realised it was wrong once I tasted it. I sent it back and did receive English breakfast tea. However, 10 minutes later I asked for another. They simply microwaved previous cup of earl grey that I had sent back out brought it out to me. I know, because it had the milk and sugar already in it. Disgusting.. All in all, I was not impressed and I will certainly be looking at other 5 star hotels in the area in future. Disappointing

Proprio al bordo della vecchia città, camminare per la vecchia città è molto conveniente.Il colazione è molto semplice: pane di pecora, bacon, uova di pecora, salsa di pecora, yogurt, ecc.Ma la gomma è. E'un hotel di lusso molto tempo fa, ora non è un nobile, e si sente un po'nostaltico.C'è un parcheggio davanti all'hotel

Soggiornato con amici all'inizio di Giugno in questo albergo. Servizi top, piscina all'altezza dell'aspettative un elegio al personale del. Breakfast attento e premuroso ma un elogio in particolare va a Uzay per i servizi al dinner.

The Map hotel is new, it’s spotlessly clean, the beds are excellent, the staff are so helpful and the breakfasts are amazingly good. Plus, the hotel is central and a very short walk away from everything that’s interesting in the city. There is safe free car parking opposite the hotel too. For those interested, there is a spa … and the same high grade Elemis spa products are available free in the room - an excellent touch. Best of all, was definitely the breakfast - possibly the best in any hotel ever. It was incredible. 100% score with 0% complaints. Just perfect. Thank you Map hotel.

L'aria a Cipro del Nord è ancora molto buona, anche l'ambiente e le strutture dell'hotel sono molto buone

Unfortunately, even though the rooms were relatively good in terms of cleanliness, comfort and size, the hospitality was not up to standard. We stayed at the hotel for 3 nights, a group of 40 people for the purposes of the conference. The reception was very rude treating us like we were not paying clients even though we had booked a number of rooms, often saying that the ‘clients’ have been complaining. 12 people were refused to use the lobby at 10 pm saying that it was closed. There was no sign saying so and we were never informed of any such policy. Instead of being welcomed at the premises, we were treated as if the hotel was doing us a favour by allowing us to stay there. At the same time, the very same receptionist was either sleeping during working hours making us believe that he was the one being disturbed or was watching very loudly videos on his phone. Another receptionist was talking on the phone and was screaming. Overall the professionalism of the staff compromised the facilities of the hotel.

Location is perfect and central for access all the key places in Nicosia. The market, the border between north and south, coach access to go anywhere are all within walking distance. I will make sure to always stay at Cleopatra whenever I am in Cyprus. Thanks Cosmos for showing us how to go anywhere we ask to.

Overall a really good hotel. The staff are excellent and the food very good and changed frequently. Liked the fact that you get water served at the tables . Restaurant staff so attentive and pleasant. On down side alcohol prices ridiculous for the area. Eg small EFES 5 euros and wine 25 euros - elsewhere 45 TL for 500 ml EFES and 240 TL for same wine !!! Roof top pool really good - would be better it café/bar open earlier in day and I'm sure people would use it. Water cold but that not hotels fault as only April. We were disappointed with the location but we didn't choose it as we are on an RSD tour. We had expected to be in Kyrinian region where there is more to do at night. Tea/coffee making facilities in rooms which is great but again charges to use too high. Suggest either removing them or making free - same with safe shouldn't have to pay. Overall very happy.

This was an extremely charming, elegant apartment and especially the view of Nicosia from my room was amazing. The apartment is located in the centre of Nicosia and you can easily walk to the old town of Nicosia, within the walls. There are various restaurants and bars close by. The receptionist Karina was extremely helpful and welcoming. She went out of her way to be extremely kind and made me feel that my experience at the hotel was personally important to her. Would highly recommend a stay.

Abbiamo dovuto soggiornare presso questo albergo in 6 camere, perchè avevamo pagato in anticipo tutto il soggiorno e non c'è stata alcuna possibilità di avere il pagamento indietro nonostante siano stati rilevati problemi di pulizia e di igiene allucinanti. Quando siamo arrivati la pulizia delle camere e dei bagni era inesistente, abbiamo trovato di tutto, da capelli dentro la vasca da bagno, formiche, altri animaletti simpatici e sotto ai letti probabilmente non veniva pulito da mesi. Abbiamo immediatamente chiesto di andarcene, ma ci è stato risposto che era tutto perfettamente pulito ed igienizzato. Ovviamente siamo dovuti restare! La colazione era molto scarsa: quando siamo arrivati non c'era nessun piatto caldo, solo caffe americano, no espresso, no cappuccino e poca scelta. Ci siamo lamentati e hanno aggiunto come piatto caldo le uova strapazzate, delle banane, tagliate in due pezzi. Nient'altro! Parcheggio totale per 4 /5 auto, altrimenti in strada. Hotel a 4 stelle spente!!
