It’s close to the bus station and border so it’s great. But I think the hotel and room itself are a little outdated.

就在老城區的邊緣，步行去老城區的主要經典和主商業街都很方便。早餐非常簡單，就是烤麪包、培根、煎蛋、火腿腸、酸奶等。但管飽。是那種很久以前的奢華酒店，現在是沒落貴族，入住有點懷舊的感覺。酒店前面有停車場

Camera superiore grande. Dotata ogni confort e accappatoio. Hotel vicino alla ledra street. Parcheggio privato un po scassato ma gratuito . Colazione più che sufficiente. Avrei valutato con punteggio superiore. Purtroppo mi hanno dato una camera al primo piano ubicata sulla via principale molto trafficata. Impossibile aprire tende finestre x non essere visti all'esterno. Non ho protestato xké era solo x una notte, eravamo stanchissimi. Pagato 85 euro.

Fair prices and facilities. Room were small, specially the bathroom. Room well cleaned. Employees are not very nice and don't explain or aid turists regarding information and services available. The breakfast is poor but the serving lady is very sympathic. Good location, near city centre and quiet at night.

Nice, clean hotel with friendly staff and good breakfast. Slightly wonky plumbing as expected. Close to the main attractions but in a quite area. 3 minute ⁶walk to the busstation, less than 10 minutes to main shopping area and crossing point to the other side of border.

the hotel is fine for this budget - you can not expect anything special, but beds are fine, room was clean, all the small issues were ok - towels, water, noises - nothing here to complain. But stuff - this is a separate question. Not friendly, not polite, they are treating you as they are forced to. No smiles, no attention to details. Like bad robots. As a sample - i asked for wake-up call, and did not get it))). So missed the breakfast which was included in my rate. On check-out - just one frase "your room number?". Two different persons in the night and in the morning - but same attitude.

Great place, and cool surroundings, if location is ok for you. Around 35-40 minutes from the airport. A-la-carte breakfast and cafe are great. Room was good, big and clean. A/C system was bit noisy, but the rest - just fine. Be prepared that late evening maximum you will get in the restaurant is a panini sandwich. But, again, the rest of the hotel is just fine.

Such an oversight in cleanliness is inexcusable and immediately tainted our perception of the hotel's commitment to guest welfare. Compounding our unease was the malfunctioning heating system, which seemed fixed to a hot setting. Despite the discomfort this caused, the solution offered by the hotel staff—to simply open a window—was both impractical and dismissive, especially considering the bug situation However, the most stressing aspect of our experience was the shocking level of uncleanliness. The discovery of body hair strewn across the floor and the visible mold and filth encrusting the corners of the chairs were distressing to witness. This lack of attention to cleanliness not only raises significant health concerns but also reflects a profound disregard for guest satisfaction and well-being. In an attempt to address these issues, I reached out to the hotel management, hoping for a resolution that could salvage our experience. Unfortunately, my concerns were met with a response that was both perplexing and disheartening. While my feedback was acknowledged with thanks, the substantive issue at hand—my request for a refund due to the unsanitary conditions—was blatantly ignored. This indifference to a guest's grievances is not only unprofessional but also undermines the very essence of hospitality. It is worth noting that amidst this disappointing experience, the breakfast offered by the hotel was enjoyable, and the surrounding environment was pleasing. However, these aspects were overshadowed by the severe shortcomings in service and cleanliness. In conclusion, my experience at the Castelli Hotel was profoundly unsatisfactory. The negligence in maintaining basic standards of hygiene and the dismissive attitude towards guest concerns have compelled me to advise potential visitors to reconsider their lodging options. A hotel, irrespective of its accolades or location, is only as commendable as the experiences it provides its guests. Based on my experience, The Castelli Hotel has considerably failed in this regard. I

This was a one-night post-Christmas stay in Nicosia. We stayed at Larnaca and wanted to explore Nicosia. The hotel is a typical early 90's hotel, which hasn't been refurbished since. However, it does the job perfectly. The room was spacious and warm, with a sun-facing balcony. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom was adequate. Breakfast was very nice. We enjoyed it, however, bear in mind this is just a 3-star hotel, which has not been refurbished. Perhaps that's part of the charm!

This is an excellent hotel in the heart of the city, close to museums, art galleries, restaurants, bars and cafes as well as a diversity of small and large clothing and souvenir shops. The hotel has undergone many improvements and upgrades recently, so you can ignore the negative reviews from the past. The staff is friendly and helpful. The breakfast area is large and has an outdoor seating area for smokers. The beds are of a high quality and the rooms are tastefully decorated, many with original art. I have stayed at the Castelli many times since 2005 and it is still my favorite in Nicosia.
