Family Gathering
Accommodation was excellent. With ages ranging from 4 months to 80 years we had plenty of space. The yard was good for children to play The area was quiet and private but also reasonably close to town and activitiesHighly recommended

Excellent
We had a large group of 6 adults and 5 teens. There was enough space for all to have their own spaces. The house very well presented. It was clean and had everything we needed provided. Sharon (Host) was easy to talk to and was happy to chat and help as needed. We felt at home and everyone enjoyed our stay. Some wanted to stay longer!We would recommend this property and intend to stay again when we are in the area next. Thank you Sharon! :)

Relax among the vines

Well presented house with all the amenities to switch off, relax and refresh. Sharon has maintained the house well and the moment we stepped in, we felt at home.

Brilliant
We were a family group of 11 (6 adults, 5 kids including teens).
The house has been really well set up to cater for big groups. Spacious throughout, and so many little details to tick the boxes from a pool table, bookshelf for the kids and puzzle books for adults, outdoor pool, fire pit, too many to list.
As soon as we walked through the door, it felt homely, we were comfortable and relaxed.
We would recommend this property and would stay again if the need arises.

Perfect retreat
This house was very comfortable, clean & well equipped for our family whilst attending a wedding in Trentham Cliffs. Air conditioned perfectly for our 40 degree weekend and plenty of space / options for us all to get ready and relax in between our commitments. Sharon was a wonderful host and very accommodating, thank you 😊

Wonderful stay
We had a great time over the summer with the family at this place. Plenty of space for people to do their own thing and also do things together. Would recommend to anyone wanting to stay in the area. Thanks to Sharon for her kind hospitality and communication

Private oasis
We had a wonderful stay at Nichols Point. The house is very well appointed and had everything we needed for our 5 night stay. It has a lovely, relaxed feel and Sharon made us very welcome. We made good use of all the amenities - pool table, gaming table, outdoor tv and the pool was a welcome relief at the end of a hot day on the river. There is ample space to manoeuvre and park two boats or even more! Sharon was a lovely host and we would definitely return.

Lovely and welcoming
This home was all that we hoped. A wonderful place for us to stay as a family for our son’s wedding! So quiet and peaceful yet not too far from town. It was great to have an area for the kids to run around in! Beautiful new bathrooms and very comfortable beds.
