Massena Square - In the heart of Nice, the ultimate city centre, new

Excellent Location- lovely apartment Other than having to ask for toilet paper (none in room luckily front desk gave us some) this was an excellent experience. Clean, excellent location, comfortable- do need to watch your head as ceiling sloped (great character though). No elevator so a bit of a walk up stairs so just be aware. Would stay here again! Used washer and had several drying racks which was great. No issues at all. Big fridge and freezer was nice.

The location was perfect, very close to the center of the old town and to the beach. There are everything one may need, including a washing machine. There was a small issue with the vine glasses - only one was available. The apartments are on the roof area so you have to climb to the 5th floor, which is a good exercise. It was quite quiet before the jazz festival, just next to the building, started. The loud music continued till 1 am for a few days.

Top location Everything very good. You have to be fit. 4th floor with 96 steps.

Great Location! Simply amazing! Great location and walking to most things. A couple of downfalls: no stairs, shower goes everywhere and low ceilings (watch your head). Absolutely no problems with anything and honestly was nice to have a washer and a little extra space! Love to open the windows and over look Place Masséna!

Location is excellent. The space is great but low beams so not great if you are tall. Definitely recommend for the amenities and location.

Great location and very cute property. One has to walk up several floors but it’s worth it.
