The villa accommodates 5 people and the price indicated is for up to 5 people. Possibility to enlarge to 9 persons with additional charges for the renting of an extra studio on the domain.

A wonderful vacation in Nice
We had a wonderful family stay at Jean-François' property. There was a lot of privacy and we spent our time outside, enjoying the enchanting garden, private pool and views over Nice. Jean-François and Nana were always available to answer any questions and we felt at home the entire time. We had a car and everything was nearby. We loved our trip!

Above it All
Spent a week visiting villages and going to the beach. After long days out & about, Spent most evenings at the property, having cocktails and admiring the greatest view in Nice. Amazing place.

Amazing outside space and views
We stayed for 6 nights. Jean Francois was very helpful with information before arrival and Madame Echba during our stay. We had fantastic weather and the outside space , especially the swimming pool and terrace were amazing , 6 stars , with views down to Nice Ville and the Med.
I notice the 5 star reviews, but we felt the inside while historic, was tired with some flaking paint and showers/furniture that needed upgrading given the cost of booking. (It is also worth being aware that the third bedroom is accessed via the second)
Jean Francois recommended the L'Autobus restaurant, within walking distance, which was superb. The neighbouring boulangerie was excellent and visited every day.

Grand view over Nicr
The accommodations in the lower building at Chateauneuf are comfortable if a bit humble. The washrooms and kitchen are quiet basic. One needs to understand that the chateau is really old. It was was founded in the 16th century as a cool, upland estate in the hills above Nice.
Plan to spend your time at the outdoor patio table under the wisteria arbor or on a chaise at the pool. The views down over Nice and the Cote ‘Azure are a incomparable. The towels are thin and the beds small, but the pleasure of being up above the city in the quiet of an evening outweigh these trivialities.

Amazing French Villa within 30mins drive to Nice
Jean-Francois is amazing host. Highly recommend to those looking for a traditional French villa experience within 30min driving distance of Nice. Lots of character and story to this place for those with a penchant for history and culture

Toller Aufenthalt
Die Villa liegt an einem wunderbaren Ort. Der Gastgeber und die weiteren Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich und gaben uns auch wertvolle Tips. Die Bäder sind teilweise renovationsbedürftig, aber das war uns aus anderen Rezensionen bewusst. Alles in allem ein wunderbarer Ort.

Lieu magique aux effets enchanteurs
Un environnement et une habitation fantastiques qui ont fait de notre réunion familiale un moment inoubliable.
En ce début Mai, tout était en fleurs et en parfums, rosiers, jasmin, iris..
Une vue époustouflante sur Nice et la mer.
Une villa avec une âme et une histoire.
Une lumière qui sublime l'architecture...
L'extraordinaire disponibilité, gentillesse et serviabilité du propriétaire et de son équipe.
Un lieu où il faut aller pour vivre la douceur méditerranéenne..
