The home is a single family, two story design. Our fully furnished 3 bedroom and 2 bathroom house even allows a group of 12 relatives to live comfortably and lavishly! SLEEPS 12 ADULTS IN BEDS! Maximum 12 guest occupancy and parking for 4 vehicles! Weekly & Daily Renters, Essential Workers, Families/Vacationers, Connecticut College, Mitchell College, Coast Guard Academy, Electric Boat, Dominion Energy, Mohegan Sun & Foxwoods Casinos, Fishing Groups, Swimmers, Kayakers, Canoers, and Paddle-Boarders. Family, friend, work, team, bachelor, bachelorette, golf, etc. gatherings are all welcomed. Your own private beach/boardwalk is nestled right "IN-BETWEEN" Niantic Bay Yacht Club and Attawan Beach (each less than a 7 minute walk). Head directly down our waterfront steps/boardwalk, and you can then take a relaxing seaside stroll from end to end within a few short minutes. McCook's Beach/McCook's Point Park (children's playground) and Crescent Beach is also less than a half mile walk. The Book Barn and Niantic Children's Museum are also very popular sites to visit for families with younger children. The immediate area is a great place for walking, jogging, or bike riding. Bring your kayaks, canoes, and paddle boards. Guests are able to utilize Niantic Bay for water activities such as kayaks, canoes, or paddle boards (all NOT included). Guests are expected to comply with the CT water safety guidelines/requirements. Surf fishing is welcome to guests on the beach shoreline during evening hours only. Excellent location. Beautiful home. Excellent location. Minutes to a beach but the kids had more fun just playing on the sand in front of the house. Not the easiest communication thru VRBO app but management was responsive in a timely manner. TV in main living area has a mind of its own. Lights flickers in kitchen and downstairs bedroom (assuming the wrong kind of bulbs). Parking was excellent. Neighbors were friendly. Be aware dogs do run freely on the beach areas but are friendly and owners will clean up after them if you ask. Plenty of towels and linens. Really was a beautiful stay.

Perfect stay I grew up in the area and come back with my kids every summer to visit. This is the perfect house for my teens to Have their own space and take a dip in the ocean. Super convenient to beaches and downtown Niantic. Great house!

Beautiful and perfect We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this property. The house was spotless upon arrival and exactly what everyone was expecting. The bedrooms are all very spacious and the views are breathtaking. The beachfront area is the perfect space to relax. The property manager is very easy to get in touch with for any questions or concerns, although the house manual really laid everything out that you’d need to know. Highly recommend this property for your next vacation!!
