I arrived late in the evening for check-in, but the staff greeted me warmly and provided quick assistance. Their hospitality made a great first impression! The buffet breakfast offers a wide variety of options, keeping it exciting and enjoyable for all 4 days of my stay. The rooftop swimming pool is not only beautiful but also perfect for capturing amazing photos. Love it ❤️

Situato sull'isola privata di Hon Tam, ci sono poche stanze, quindi il numero di persone non è affollato. Abbastanza privato se le coppie o gli individui vogliono essere rilassati e tranquilli. Mmmm…..怎麼説呢，本來想選親子出遊的…想了想還是選情侶出遊吧，説幾個點。
先説好的吧。
1: 酒店很新，設施很新，酒店在海灣最邊上，景色還是不錯的，但我們從阿南過來，除了新還有設備好沒有其他優點。
2: 前台會有工作人員稍微説一點中文，住了三天，最好的體驗就是小童中心還有做手工的工作人員，會耐心帶小朋友做手工並且在時間快要結束的時候還會通融讓我們再參加一下，體驗感還是不錯的，很好溝通，做完的手工可以帶走。
説説缺點吧。
1:早餐廳種類一般，品類還算豐富也夠吃了，就是服務態度不是非常好，酒店韓國人挺多的，不知道是不是因為我説話聲音太大（我也衹是説拿babysit來，多説了幾遍）桌上還有長者呢，旁邊桌就給放筷子，我們桌就不放筷子跟紙巾，別説我玻璃心，事實擺這呢，看你的眼神也不是特別和善。然後早上9點過去就要開始排隊了，也有可能是過年吧。
2:平常在家睡的床中度軟硬吧，去阿南睡了5天，沒説睡的特別好，但總有睡着的時候，這裏的床很高（本人162）然後很硬……第二天起床骨頭架生疼生疼的，我媽也沒怎麼睡着，連着三天都是，我老公也是，睡的身上有點疼不舒服。你們可以去試一下。
3: 酒店自帶的餐廳消費….有點高的
7個大人一個2歲寶寶，吃了5500多人民幣都沒有吃飽，三個人點了12set omakase，四個人點了7道菜omakase，可能我土包子沒吃過國內頂尖日料….但不至於吃不飽….甜品也很敷衍，特別12道壽司的那個套餐，不甘心的可以去試一下，食材還算新鮮吧，但是不推薦在這裏吃日料了，人均都7-800了。
樓下西班牙餐廳沒吃，聽説消費更貴。
4: 這個是體驗最不好的，我昨天酒店退房，我們用信用卡交的住房按金，我們交了1500萬越南盾，退房的時候工作人員説要14個工作日才退回按金……Mmmmm（酒店旁邊還在建樓，確定不是拿錢過去建樓或者拿去短期投資嗎….）我們在阿南退房的時候當天按金就退回來了，在我的再三逼問下，又説大概可能7天左右，之前就在小紅書上面看到説有盜刷刷錯錢的情況…..這個很難評
5:可能在海灣，沒有山的圍擋，風太大太大，比市裡温度感覺低了幾度，這幾天好冷啊……
總之，就是如果來芽莊，是不會再來的酒店，大家自己評定吧。

해변이 바로 앞이라 산책하기 좋았습니다. 무엇보다 객실 상태가 깨끗하고 세련되고 다음날 외출했다 들어왔는데 깨끗하게 청소도 되있었습니다. 직원들도 모두 친절했구요. 마지막날 밤 비행기로 출국을 해야해서 짐보관을 물었는데 흔쾌히 늦게까지 보관도 해주셔서 홀가분하게 다닐수 있었습니다. 조식은 coasta seafood에서 먹었는데 현지식 좋아하시는 분들은 추천합니다. 저는 향채소도 잘먹어서 음식이 잘맞았는데 가족들은 향이 싫은지 잘 못먹더라구요. 뷔페면 오히려 다양하게 기호에 맞게 골라 먹을 수 있을것 같은데 살짝 아쉬웠어요.시내도 롯데마트도 걸어다닐만 했답니다. 다음에 나트랑 가게되면 또 숙박하고 싶어요 ~~

The hotel is located on the island with a private beach. The sea is calm due to the bay.
The hotel was full but you only noticed this during breakfast, the pool and beach was quiet.
The food of the buffet dinner was diverse and the desserts with different options of cakes and fruits and chocolate, really recommend it.
Near the hotel you can go in a 5 minute car inside the island to the harbor, have dinner and drinks and enjoy the night next to the river, at around 9pm there is usually an aquatic show.
The cable car to the continent is really beautiful day and night.
If you go with kids you will enjoy the kids club.
We stayed in a room with an ocean view and at night you can hear the sea waves.
The only suggestion we have is to improve the beach catering service to be able to request food and drinks more easily from the lounge chair.

Nel fascino del Vinpearl Resort Nha Trang, il mio breve soggiorno si estendeva per due giorni di bacio solare e una notte di luci. Entrando nella grandezza della sala di accoglienza, mi sono circondato da una ondata di calore e ospitezza che proveniva dal personale come una gentile brisa oceanica. Tra loro, c'era la signorina Yen Nii, un paragone di professionalità e bellezza, con un'aura di gentilezza che ci abbracciava per tutta la nostra partenza.
La sua assistenza non era solo un servizio, ma una sinfonia di cura e di attenzione che risonò con gratitudine nel mio cuore. Quando abbiamo diviso le vie alla fine della nostra transazione, il suo sorriso si svanì come una memoria amorevole che mi ha spinto a tornare di nuovo.
Il resort stesso era un paradiso che si scontrava con una spiaggia di sabbia bianca, con vista che non era altro che un'incantevole vista. L'alluvione di Vinpearl Wonderland e le molte attività a mano hanno aggiunto strati di eccitazione al nostro soggiorno, dipingendo ogni momento con vibranti gioie e avventura.

I have a large spotless room with balcony ,with very comfortable bed and had breathtaking views of the beach.The staff was incredibly friendly and went out of their way to ensure my comfort. I loved the delicious breakfast buffet. A special thanks restaurant manager Nhat Linh,who demonstrate especiall leadership and professionalism The location is perfect, just a short walk from the beach, beach beds provided , excellent gym with modern equipment,I will definitely be back and highly recommend this gem as the one of the best place to stay in Nha Trang!

Tutto andava bene. posizione. facilità. Pulizia. gentilezza. Tutti i servizi erano buoni. Ma non potevo aprire la finestra della stanza.
Era difficile ventilare la stanza e, poiché non potevo aprire la porta, mi faceva male la gola perché era secca. Se vai, sarebbe utile portare un umidificatore e accenderlo. Siamo rimasti lì ed era asciutto, quindi i nostri bronchi erano un po' a disagio.
Davvero, tutto il personale è gentile e risponde rapidamente quando chiedi aiuto. Quando stabilisci un contatto visivo, sorridi sempre e saluta.

Ggrachik88convenient location, new hotel, the room smells like construction (recently renovated), didn't like that the rooms are cleaned at 8am, we were woken up, and also on the second day of stay, the breakfast was poorer than on the first day, on the second night at 3-4am the hotel guests were very noisy in the corridors, the hotel congratulated one of my friends on his birthday, it was very nice, but otherwise I liked everything, thank you

PPavelMolto bene - la stanza è buona, la vista è bella. Alcuni tinni sul pavimento. Era una stanza di vista sul mare, e quando era ventosa, il grido era molto alto. La pressione dell'acqua calda è bassa. Le mattine si sentono un campanello da qualche parte e una musica molto alta prima delle 6:00. Il personale della reception è molto utile - volevo noleggiare una moto, e hanno organizzato questo per me (non c'è molto da vedere in giro se cammini a piedi).

UUtente anonimoIl resort era fantastico! Ho scelto la villa di vista oceanica per 6. La villa era così grande con 3 bagni indipendenti e 2 di loro avevano tubi da bagno. Pensavo che la piccola strada della villa potesse raggiungere la spiaggia direttamente, ma ho scoperto che era arrivata ad un percorso che potevi andare da qualche altra parte, ma era davvero una vista dell’oceano. Abbiamo avuto colazione, pranzo e cena nel ristorante che il cibo e le bevande erano deliziose e sembravano decente! I prezzi sono ragionevoli per noi. Tutti i membri del personale erano gentili e possono parlare in fluente inglese. Abbiamo anche goduto di un tè gratuito messo al bar Ocean Bar. È disponibile solo da 15:00-16:00, quindi gli ospiti devono prendere tempo per goderlo dopo l'iscrizione alle 14:00. Inoltre, il massaggio “bella” corpo è stato anche grande. Il massaggio è stato massaggiato in stile vietnamita con moderata intensità. Ma era abbastanza pieno in programma, quindi si suggerisce agli ospiti di prenotare prima a piedi. Perche' le chiamate telefoniche sono sempre occupate. Mi sorprende che Amiana abbia messo una torta di compleanno nella villa dopo essere tornato dalla spiaggia. Era bello! Il golf car è venuto veloce per portarci dalla stanza ogni volta e ci ha voluto solo pochi minuti al lobby del resort. Dovremmo aver soggiornato qui per 2 notti invece di 1 nottata, così potremmo avere abbastanza tempo per godere di tutte le strutture. Quando ho controllato cercando di chiamare un Grab all'aeroporto, non c'erano i conducenti disponibili, ma fortunatamente il ricevitore ci ha aiutato a chiamare un taxi. In generale, ho avuto una buona esperienza in Amiana e lo consiglierei molto!

PPaulQuesto servizio dell'hotel è una vera cacca! L'hotel non si è presentato al momento del pagamento per il check-in anticipato (200.000 vnd), mi hanno detto ”sì, può essere a quell'ora” e io ho detto ”ok, certo, posso aspettare”, quindi non era il check-in a quell'ora. Sono arrivato davvero , stavo aspettando 2 ore. Quando ha detto “puoi andare nella tua stanza! Ma sono 200.000 vnd per il check-in anticipato!” Sono rimasto sorpreso perché non puoi dirmelo prima, quando te l'ho chiesto?! Gli addetti alla reception non sono stati d'aiuto! Prossimo: fanno pagare per l'acqua! ******* acqua! Acqua inclusa nella stanza, non ho chiesto acqua aggiuntiva, ho usato le bottiglie in camera. Mi hanno fatto pagare per l'acqua? L'acqua che non è più un complimento per gli ospiti, è una risorsa per rimanere in vita per l'umanità, specialmente in un clima come quello di Nha Trang, è così meschino e disumano! Le camere lì non sono così economiche e hanno problemi con l'acqua gratuita da bere? Perbacco. Lo stesso problema che paghi troppo ma a nessuno importa in questo hotel dei tuoi confini personali, qualcosa di semplice come mantenere il silenzio in un corridoio. Alle 5 del mattino i bambini corrono e urlano in un corridoio e bussano alle porte mentre giocano, perché dovrei svegliarmi la mattina e discutere con quelle persone sui loro figli?! Perchè dovrei dire regole elementari per stare in silenzio e non dare fastidio agli altri???! Prossimo: dopo che i bambini (hanno litigato e hanno lasciato il corridoio, sono tornato a dormire di nuovo, MA: è arrivato il servizio di pulizia 2 ore dopo e con il rumore ”pulizia cleaaaaaning cleaaaaaaaniiing” ha bussato al servizio di pulizia (ero come un pappagallo a ripetere tre volte ”grazie , non ora, non ne ho bisogno adesso e ho premuto il pulsante prima per non disturbare “, perché lo fanno non riesco a capire?! Ho pagato per 2 notti in questo hotel, ho fatto il check-in prima delle 14:00, erano le 11:00 o qc, mi hanno fatto pagare per questo! Ma la situazione in cui ho lasciato l'hotel prima per gran parte della giornata, a nessuno importa e nessuno mi ha restituito i soldi che non ho usato per vivere? *** Cosa c'è che non va? hotel e quelle persone che lavorano in questo hotel, non lo so!,

UUtente ospiteThe location of the hotel is okay, not those hotel located just across the harbour front but it is quiet and convenient enough. The hotel exterior no need to mentioned but very nice and cozy. Hotel room is huge and my husband and I slept like babies all 4 nights straight, the mattress and pillows are just perfect.
Their buffet breakfast is not the type could surprise you but be fair they are okay with the taste and variety. Staff are very nice there and welcoming you as always.
Special thanks to receptionist Nov Anh, she is very professional with all the questions and enquiries you made. Other staff may not quite understand what you were asking but they all try their best to accommodate while your stay.
Potique Hotel has a private beach in front of Novotel Hotel, we went there twice and enjoyed very much. They provide towels and sunbath chairs with umbrella. Sadly the service close at 5pm, but you can still keep their towels with you after 5pm and pass them to reception when you finish.
Apart from this, one day I came back early (around 1-2pm) and probably disturb the cleaning ladies. I already mention we will stay outside at sitting area and wait until they finish, but seems she still get pissed with us with a sad face. That night we don’t have enough tissue paper and toilet roll inside the room…..
Overall, I enjoyed our stay very very much, friendly staff is what delighted us always when we come back from travelling outside. Thank you for providing us a special stay at Nha Trang.

QqnqtranWe really enjoyed our stay during the holiday season at Panama Nha Trang! This hotel has a great location right next to the beach of Nha Trang and is located in a predominant tourist area. They do a great job of welcoming you into the hotel and offering you a lemon tea as they check you in and bring your stuff up. Staff are very friendly as well. One thing that I did not anticipate and that I felt was not clearly expressed to me prior to booking was paying the $50/500k deposit. You do receive your money back upon check-out but that was an unexpected fee -especially when they only take cash. Nonetheless, we really enjoyed our stay. The rooms are spacious and modern. The hotel has 30 floors with a great rooftop view on the top deck with pool, and a breakfast buffet on the 3rd floor. The breakfast was quite nice quite a variety of options including dim sum, freshly cooked brunch items, and classic Western breakfast items such as pancakes and eggs. The hotel caters to a lot of tour groups so you can expect busloads of tourists from overseas as well.
I really appreciate the supportive staff when we visited. Unfortunately during our visit, we got scammed by the taxi drivers in the area and he was trying to get us to agree to a drive to the airport. The staff were incredibly supportive in helping us get away from him and we felt really protected from the upsetting experience. We absolutely recommend this hotel again for the staff that goes above and beyond!!

いいままさちゃんSiamo stati qui per 2 notti. L'accesso e la posizione sono buoni, proprio nel centro del mercato notturno e della spiaggia di Nha Trang. Penso che la stanza sia stata rinnovata negli ultimi anni, ma l'aria condizionata non funzionava e ho dovuto cambiare stanza due volte. Penso che le dimensioni della stanza e la funzione del condizionatore non corrispondano. Ho visto altri ospiti lamentarsi alla reception. Anche il cibo è deludente considerando il prezzo. Penso che sarebbe stato meglio se avessero avuto qualche tipo in più di frutta, yogurt e verdura fresca, ma avevano solo maionese dolce, quindi penso che sarebbe stato carino avere almeno altri due tipi di condimento.

The first night was at the 5th floor which is quite noisy with the street and the beach bars around
We spent the 3 others nights at the 24th floor after requested a move to the hotel stuff (they did a good job proposing us several options)
The view at the 24th floor is just amazing
The room is confortable and quite large
The hotel has a swimming rooftop as well perfect for chilling
It’s situated very near the beach (just need to cross the road)
It was my birthday and the hotel stuff offered me a birthday cake (very nice from them) 😁

The location, slightly away from the tourist center, provided the perfect balance of relaxation and accessibility. It was just a short 7-minute walk to the beach, making it convenient for those looking to enjoy the sun and sand without being in the middle of the tourist hub.
For anyone needing to work remotely, the hotel offered excellent internet connectivity, allowing me to stay productive during my stay. I found the wi fi connection to be reliable and fast.
On the ground floor, there is a charming café with a green interior that adds a refreshing touch to the atmosphere. It was a delightful spot to enjoy a coffee or a drink while taking in the relaxing ambiance. However, there were some downsides that should be noted. The shower drainage could use improvement, as there were issues with water not draining properly. Additionally, the breakfast options were somewhat limited in terms of European choices, which may not suit everyone's taste. I suggest to add butter, cereals, yougurt.
Overall, this hotel is an excellent option for those seeking spacious accommodations, a peaceful environment, and good connectivity for remote work, with a few minor areas for improvement.
