Hotel is very good, nice breakfast. Location in North part of city, Beach in 100 meters. A lot of diffirent cafes, restorants and supermarkets close to hotel

Fantastic value, including a free upgrade. Newly refurbished and very comfortable. What a shame so many small aspects of the hotel are below par for a five-star hotel: - internet consitently very bad in room - Aircon not on in corridors and reception - swimming pool not accessible for adult fitness swimming: it has lanes across for kids, for 24hrs (although I saw no kids). - very cheeky policy on bottled water: two paid bottles in the fridge are the same cheap brand as the free water outside the fridge. Easy to make a mistake and pay high price for bad water. It's sad that hotel management play these tricks for a few thousand dong; it makes guests feel they are being manipulated. - a number of staff wer unable to understand even a few basic words of English (like 'toilet' or 'egg').

It's actually really good, I mean, the best in all services! The location is also very strategic. I'm not a 'walking' person, but here, i can keep walking as much as I want to visit all the famous recommended places online. The staff are very friendly and kind, not to mention, very sweet people. The food is the best! Anywhere you want to go, food is really a hot topic to be discussed about. But worries aside, the food here is very delicious and you can request the food you want (to Muslim who want to stay here). So overall, I rated this hotel 10 out of 10!

좋았는데 살짝 아쉬운 그런 느낌 하우스 키퍼가 물품을 안 채워주는 그런 느낌 샴푸는 있는데 바디워시는 없는 그런 느낌 여행자거리와는 먼 휴양지 느낌

Khách sạn không linh động, vì mưa bão gia đình mình không đến được, mình chủ động gọi và nhờ Trip.com xin huỷ phòng hoặc dời thời gian thì nhân viên rất khó chịu, không đồng ý, làm việc rất cứng nhắc. Mình cảm thấy rất không ổn nếu như một hệ thống khách sạn lớn lại làm việc như thế này. Sẽ không bao giờ quay trở lại và không khuyên mọi người sẽ đến đây.

Điều ấn tượng nhất ở đây là vệ sinh sạch sẽ, tuy nhiên buffet sáng không hợp khẩu vị với cá nhân mình (mặc dù nhiều món). Nhà tắm thì thấy không trang bị bồn tắm và không có áo choàng trong tủ quần áo như các khách sạn khác. Nhân viên nhiệt tình và niềm nở.

객실은 매우 청결하며 직원의 친절도도 높습니다 다만 복도 에어컨이 미작동중이어서 조금 아쉽고 조식은 그냥 잠을 더 자는걸로 하시면 좋을것같습니다 빵류를 좋아하시면 드셔도 될듯 수영장은 그렇게 큰사이즈는 아닙니다 나트랑 시내와 거리가있어 트랩이나 택시 이용하셔야합니다 이근에 슈퍼나 식당등은 있습니다 혼총곶과 가까워서 걸어왔네요 아쉽게도 호텔서진은 없네요 호텔앞 해변과 객실에서 찍은 야경입니다

패밀리딜럭스는 방이 두개로 나뉘어져 있고 공간이 넓어 3~4명이 머물기에 아주 좋았습니다. 바다 전망도 좋았고 침대도 훌륭했고요. 아침 식사도 좋았어요. 가장 핫한 해변거리에서는 3~4km 정도 벗어나 있어서 택시를 타고 오가야 하는 그런 점은 있지만 그래도 가격대비 실용적입니다.
