Generally, the hotel is good and staff are very helpful and friendly. Great experience in staying at the hotel.

Near the beach. Quiet location with many of local restaurant. Fresh seafood center is very closed to this hotel. 70% price compare to at the center, amazing :))

旅行社的導遊推薦的，雖然區位不錯，陽台外就是沙灘和大海，遠處的景色不不錯，可遮擋不住裝修一般，住宿體驗感一般的不爽。尤其早點更是一般，西瓜還有不新鮮的嫌疑。酒店的位置基本在主城區盡頭了。比起很多海灘對面的酒店，還是差了一些。

Отдыхали в отеле Империал с 03.08 по 06.08.24. Очень сильно были разочарованы отелем. Во-первых, никогда не понимала людей, которые недовольны завтраком в отеле. Так вот сама оказалась в этой ситуации. Кроме яиц ( которые пережарены) есть нечего. Сильно были шокированы, когда на завтрак увидели заваренную лапшу быстрого приготовления. Пляж через дорогу от отеля, грязнее чем в центре ( у Лотоса). Рядом находится порт, по-этому и мусора больше. Вправо от отеля на ближайшие 1,5 км ничего нет - только забор порта. Влево - до какой-то жизни, надо пройти вдоль парка метров 500. Цена за отель очень завышена. Когда выезжали из отеля, нам даже не дали дождаться такси внутри отеля, выставили нас на солнце. Отель не рекомендую.

Săn được giá tốt view phố có bồn tắm, nhưng trang thiết bị hơi cũ, tivi không coi được youtube, wifi hơi yếu, đèn nhà vệ sinh hơi tối. Nhân viên hỗ trợ hết mình và rất nhiệt tình.

Vị trí và view của khách sạn tuyệt vời , tuy nhiên , ks có vẻ cũ với kiến trúc cũ , hạng phòng suit nhưng phòng ko được đẹp và nhỏ , trông thường như hạng superior thôi , view trực diện biển nhìn ngắm được đảo ngọc rất đẹp nhưng bị hạn chế vì ban công rất to và cao

Their hospitality made my stay an absolute pleasure, and I can't express enough gratitude for the quality service. The hotel itself was great, with a fantastic balcony offering stunning sea views, perfect for capturing beautiful sunrise shots away from the crowds. If you're looking for a sunset view, head to the rooftop gym next to the swimming pool—it’s a great spot. Although I didn’t get to use the steam room or sauna, they are available for guests. The salted swimming pool is also a refreshing escape during the day. Breakfast exceeded my expectations. I enjoyed a delicious variety, including omelets, fresh bread, fruit, and high-quality meats. The selection varied each day, which made for a pleasant surprise every morning. Overall, I was more than satisfied with the food offerings.

Great Hotel! All the staff very helpful and friendly, the room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was delecious! I highly recomend this Hotel. The hotel very clear the beach, just pass to main road, just 3 minutes by walk. Near the hotel, alot of seafood restaurant, local foods. Ask the reception when you went out for some restaurant, ít's cheaps and good!

Firstly our airport transfer was late by 1 hour? So after a 10+ hour flight from UK this wasn't a great start!! The staff can be rude and have such a delayed reaction.... Even though I tipped them all generously it just didn't get any better. Worst of it was no food for vegetarians for breakfast, and the check out was a joke... They charged us for 2 small teaspoons and a bath towel that there cleaning staff had misplaced. This was the nail in the coffin especially upon check out. I understand the hotel is cheap so you can't expect much but how about investing in your staff and providing more training on customer service ??? At the end of the day money is money and we all work hard to be able to come on holiday and to be treated like we don't mean anything leaves a very sour taste in your mouth. Hotel is located well out the way of the main area, nothing is walking distance. Construction work taking place so very very noisy. Defo will not be going back again.
