Check-in was not very welcoming—staff seemed overwhelmed and uninterested, and I didn’t receive any directions for the elevators or information like the Wi-Fi password. The instructions for the TV were incorrect, and staff could only suggest using YouTube for help. The elevators were consistently crowded and slow, making getting around frustrating; I’d likely choose a smaller hotel next time. On the positive side, the view from my room on the 38th floor was fantastic, the bed was comfortable, and the cleaning staff were friendly and respectful. However, the room had a persistent fish and cigarette smell near the entrance, which required daily use of air fresheners. Noise from the rooftop nightclub above was noticeable but not disruptive for me. There’s a gym and pool on level 6, but the elevators made them difficult to access request a lower floor if you plan to use these facilities regularly. The hotel is very busy and well-located, but there’s no room service and strict rules about bringing food into the room, and the residents’ entry was often blocked. A more hospitable check-in experience and a compendium in the room with basic hotel information (like Wi-Fi codes and gym hours) would have made things much better.

The hotel turned out to be pretty decent. When we booked, we didn’t read the reviews — but later, we did, and honestly, we were shocked. People wrote about cockroaches in the rooms, long waits for the elevators (like 15 minutes!), and mold in the pool on the 40th floor. In the end, there were no cockroaches and no elevator issues at all. The pool was a bit of a letdown though — there was some mold, but it wasn’t a big deal. Breakfasts were excellent, and housekeeping did a good job. Overall, we had no complaints. The location is really great — right in the center, everything's close by. The hotel even has its own sunbeds on the beach. You just need to get a voucher at the front desk, and the sunbed is yours for three hours. All in all, it’s a good hotel for the price. We were happy with our stay!

The sea view room is very beautiful and the room is large enough. The buffet breakfast has many varieties and I didn't get tired of it for 4 days. The balcony faces the square, so there is a bit of noise every day. Nha Trang locals like to get up at 4 a.m. for swimming and morning exercises, which is a good habit
