Hotel in zona Chin Tuy Private Enterprise, Nha Trang

Location is very nice , in the city center . There is a beautiful 🤩 beach just cross the road. My room was seaview , amenities are good , but remote controls for both tv were not working , room light was not good , no sound proof , 😫 it was terrible , couldn’t sleep due to next building karaoke, sos 🆘 phone which was in the toilet was not working , room service cleaning was not good but no complain. Sunbathing area is good but the hotel employee man who was receiving sunbathing vouchers and settling everything there , he was kind of rude , not nice . Receptionist told us enjoy with free tea afternoon between 3-5pm on the 28 th floor, but we ended up paying. 28th floor restaurant waiter didn’t understand when i ask about free tea , so he misled us , manager apologized and asked us only pay for cake and pizza, but i paid because the waiter was trainee , and he was trying his best. Also tea was supposed to on the 29th floor so the mistake has begun from receptionist. Breakfast was okay .

Questo è stato il nostro primo hotel a Nha Trang e in Vietnam in generale! Ho soggiornato una settimana con la famiglia e i bambini. Abbiamo preso una camera con 2 letti: la vista dalla camera e dal balcone è semplicemente stupenda!!! Tutto è pulito, lenzuola candide come la neve, biancheria, tutto è fantastico. Per qualche motivo, per noi quattro, ci hanno lasciato solo due set di asciugamani (due da bagno e due più piccoli). L'hotel ha un problema, come in molti hotel: non c'è un posto dove stendere i vestiti bagnati dopo il mare, né gli asciugamani, ma le pulizie vengono fatte ogni giorno e gli asciugamani vengono cambiati, quindi questo problema è stato risolto alla perfezione dal personale dell'hotel. In genere, puoi sempre portare i tuoi vestiti in lavanderia e in 3-4 ore ti verranno restituiti puliti e asciutti (in hotel questo servizio costa circa 60 mila dong/kg, se invece vai tu stesso alla lavanderia dietro l'angolo, i prezzi sono 25 mila dong/kg). Nel complesso è davvero comodo! In generale, il personale risponde molto rapidamente a tutte le richieste: questo è un enorme vantaggio! Le colazioni sono buone, ogni giorno la stessa cosa, ma c'è sempre qualcosa da mangiare: tè, caffè, frutta, muffin, primi e secondi, uova strapazzate, in generale non avrete sicuramente fame. C'è una piscina con una bellissima vista, ma è fredda. Il mare è dall'altra parte della strada, molto comodo! E questa è la zona turistica di Nha Trang, il suo centro, c'erano un sacco di persone che ti assillavano per comprare e comprare, ad ogni passo, questo è un vero svantaggio. Era come se non fossi andato all'estero, ma fossi arrivato a Lazarevskoye! Tutti russi in giro, il caffè Moryachok con purè di patate e salsicce, nessun colore locale)) quindi se volete vedere il vero Vietnam colorato, è meglio vivere più a nord! Un altro grande vantaggio è che la famosa Vin Pearl si trova nelle vicinanze: ci vogliono circa 10 minuti per arrivarci in taxi.

English: I had an outstanding experience at Quinter Central Nha Trang. The location was superb, surrounded by numerous entertainment options. The breakfast buffet was delightful, offering a variety of delicious dishes. The staff were friendly and attentive, ensuring a comfortable stay. The spacious and clean rooms provided a relaxing environment. The pool area was a bonus, offering a relaxed environment with seating arrangements out of the sun for those who prefer that. I would certainly stay at this property again and have no hesitation in recommending it to travelers to the area.  Russian: У меня был отличный опыт проживания в Quinter Central Nha Trang. Отель расположен в отличном месте, окруженном множеством развлекательных заведений. Завтрак был восхитительным, с разнообразными вкусными блюдами. Персонал был дружелюбным и внимательным, обеспечивая комфортное пребывание. Просторные и чистые номера создавали расслабляющую атмосферу. Бассейн стал дополнительным бонусом, предлагая расслабляющую атмосферу с местами для сидения в тени для тех, кто предпочитает это. Я определенно остановлюсь в этом отеле снова и без колебаний порекомендую его путешественникам в этом районе.

Прекрасный отель 🌿💖влюбил в себя с первого взгляда! Персонал вежливый и тактичный, хорошо говорят и по-английский и по-русски. Регистрация и выезд -быстро и без проблем. Нас заселили раньше времени и разрешили задержаться без дополнительной оплаты. Завтраки щедрые и вкусные. В отеле создана уютная атмосфера, которая позволит вам расслабиться и насладиться отдыхом. А необычный и уникальный дизайн покорит и надолго останется в памяти.

We stayed four nights at this place The first night was at the 5th floor which is quite noisy with the street and the beach bars around We spent the 3 others nights at the 24th floor after requested a move to the hotel stuff (they did a good job proposing us several options) The view at the 24th floor is just amazing The room is confortable and quite large The hotel has a swimming rooftop as well perfect for chilling It’s situated very near the beach (just need to cross the road) It was my birthday and the hotel stuff offered me a birthday cake (very nice from them) 😁

Ok per il prezzo relativamente basso, piccole cose come un bagno che a volte si rifiuta di lavorare, un asciugamano che sembrava riscaldare la notte, un bagno con un giaccheggio freddo e una stanza a vapore con pochissime vapori. Il personale era molto carino e per essere giusti è buono per il denaro.

Отел новый красивый, очень крутой бассейн, но сауна не работает. Спортзал не большой но тренажеры которые есть хорошие. Проблема с розетками и их расположениями. Не нашли розетку рядом с чайником, спросили на ресепшен, пришел сотрудник и поставил чайник на пол чтобы воткнуть его в розетку рядом с входной дверью, напоминаю отель позиционирует себя как 5*. Завтраки отличные выбор большой. Отменила в отеле ДР очень приятно было получить комплимент в виде кусок торта.

Sono entrati alle due perché il tempo di volo era tardi. Altri hotel sono in corso, ma l'Allana è in corso. Siamo stati molto imbarazzati. E non hai detto il tempo del colazione e nemmeno pagato per il colazione. Ha pulito la bocca senza dire nulla, e si è svuotato le palle. Il frigorifero dell'hotel non era disponibile e soprattutto non ero molto felice quando ho controllato.

It’s a new hotel and it seems like they didn’t finish all the construction things, during our stay they were installing the door so we couldn’t use the main entrance of the hotel. On our last day they had a photo shoot of the hotel so all the morning a lot of people were walking everywhere and taking pictures they even asked me to leave the gym because of it. By the way the gym is too small. Also one side of the building is facing the other building under construction, unfortunately we had the room with this view. The sauna is not free. The breakfast’s verity is too poor. But there are some positive things like rooms, since the hotel is new rooms are also new and well furnished. I can recommend the hotel but not now, maybe in a month or two when they fix all the construction things.

The room was big and clean, even had a little ocen view as well (deluxe city view room). The staff was kind and helpful. The location is also great, there are many shops, restaurants, cofee shops nearby and the beach is only a few minutes walk away. Every day we got new coffee, water, towels in the room and cleaning. The pool has also really good view. The breakfast was delicious, there are a lot of things you can choose from. I can only recommend this hotel.
