Hotel in zona Cao su DT, Nha Trang

We visited this property earlier this year and were so impressed we returned with our elderly parents. It is a newly built & modern property with exceptional service. I made a mistake with my booking and the staff & management were exceptionally accommodating. The property is located close to the beach and surrounded by great restaurants & close to large shopping complex

Stiamo alloggiando proprio adesso in questo hotel,prenotato ieri dopo essere scappati dall altro pessimo hotel in cui eravamo(ed era in 5 stelle) Devo dire onestamente uno degli hotel migliori in cui ho soggiornato nel mio viaggio in Vietnam. L albergo deve essere nuovo,camera moderna,pulita,spaziosa e con un bel balconcino che affaccia sulla città(ci sono anche camere vista mare). Piscina al 21esimo piano,due ascensori e non è da sottovalutare quando un hotel è pieno. Personale molto gentile,sempre sorridente e giovane come in tutto il Vietnam. Servizio di cambio euro e dollari in dollari vietnamiti (il miglior tasso trovato in 15 giorni) Avevo sbagliato e fatto due prenotazioni e loro si sono preoccupati di sistemare le cose con agoda e Booking senza il minimo problema. La città è molto bella e grazie a loro il nostro soggiorno non è stato rovinato,anzi,come sarebbe successo se fossimo rimasti nell altro albergo. Posizione magnifica,in pieno centro ma in via silenziosa anche con finestra aperta,servizio di noleggio motorino proprio davanti. Unica nota negativa la Colazione non proprio negli standard europei(mancano i dolci). Tornerei comunque senza pensarci un attimo. Come sempre il personale sa far la differenza è questi ragazzi ci hanno fatto stare benissimo consigliandoci e prenotando per noi quello che chiedevamo. Hotel ben al di sopra degli standard visti senza contare L ottimo prezzo. Grazie di cuore a tutto lo staff,avete confermato La magnifica ospitalità vietnamita. Una menzione particolare alla receptionist giovane ma preparata e con un ottimo livello di inglese

룸이 청결하였으나 벌레가 출몰하였습니다. 아마도 하수구를 통해 들어오나봅니다. 주로 화장실에서 봤습니다. 위치는 나짱 나이트마켓 옆이고 주변 인프라도 최고입니다. 서비스는 이용객들이 많아서 그런지 직원들이 친절하지는 않습니다. 표정에서도 힘듬이 보입니다. 시설은 좋은것 같습니다. 40층 라운지는 가격값을 합니다. 개인적으로 5시~ 6시 사이 방문을 추천합니다. 전반적으로 만족합니다. 친절을 보고 숙소를 정하지는 않으니 ㅋ 다음에 나짱을 방문하면 재방문 예정입니다

Venite a questo hotel nell'aprile 2023. Venite all'hotel alle 10:00 , ha detto l'alloggio alle 2:00, camminato, arrivato alle 2:00, ha dato una stanza sul 6° piano . La stanza ha un tavolo da tè,2 bottiglie d'acqua,2 pacchetti di tè verde e 2 pacchetti di caffè con latte, riempito ogni giorno.C'è un ventilatore, gel da doccia, shampoo, sapone liquido, macchina da barba con crema, Guarda le stick, il cappello dell'anima.Qui nelle recensioni si scrive che prendono 10.000 cani per un cambio di tovaglioli, non è, cambia liberamente, ma alla fine della gara cominciò a dire che le tovaglioli non cambieranno perché il loro tipo non è e per usare ciò che sono.Cleaned ogni giorno.Works Russian canale 1.The Il cibo nel ristorante non è così diverso come abbiamo visto il video di altri utenti, ma non abbiamo avuto fame.C'era zuppa di fo, uova, riso, talvolta spaghetti con carne, talvolta springrolls, che si sono concluse rapidamente, patate da pipistrello cotte, Cabagna con verdure, tè, caffè, frutta non era più di 2 specie. carote, banane, occhi del drago, guava. Vicino al mercato notturno.condurre al I-Resort da fonti,taxi chiamato alle ricette, arrivato un taxi blu dal contatore pagato 175 dong dall'altra parte. ritorno al taxi lasciato per 130.output non ordinare un taxi all'hotel, Meglio uscire sulla prima linea e fare commercio con i conducenti di taxi.A pochi passi dall'hotel c'è un autobus di fermata 05-2 , su di esso si può andare al mercato Choda.

Il roo.l è pulito e spazioso, tranne per il pavimento. La posizione è buona, molti ristoranti, caffè e marzo a piedi. E 'anche vicino alla spiaggia. Il personale è bello e amichevole. La tolleranza sonora non è buona. Ho sentito il furgone dal piano 20+ con la finestra chiusa, e il suono delle cose cadde sul pavimento nella prossima stanza. Anche l'ascensore è sceso dieci minuti durante le ore di picco. Piena di persone nel ristorante durante il colazione. Non credo che tornerei di nuovo.

Cercavo di dire e di dire che uno dei miei colleghi fumava in camera, ma in realtà è solo un fumatore normale che fumava fuori e tornava nella sua stanza con l'odore legato ai suoi vestiti. La politica dovrebbe prevedere una zona di non fumo se vogliono essere specifici.

Quando si tratta di viaggi di lavoro, il Virgo Nha Trang Hotel brilla. L'esperienza a 5 stelle molto conveniente, unita a servizi e comfort di prim'ordine, lo rendono una scelta eccezionale. La sua comoda posizione è un vantaggio decisivo. Altamente raccomandato per viaggi d'affari efficaci.

We had reservations for a suite 1 bedroom ocean view room, and the pictures on the Capital One travel website showed this room with a round bed and ocean view. However upon arrival, the manager (“Hoc”? On 08Nov22 afternoon) tried to put us in an inferior room facing a building with 2 beds and a partial ocean view. When went back down and refused this room He said his system showed this is what I reserved and paid for. I showed him my prepaid reservation clearly showing otherwise. It also didn’t make sense, as his room was only $28 for 2 nights and we paid $68 per my reservation receipt for the suite 1bd ocean view. While there clearly was some miscommunication in the reservation systems, Instead of acknowledging and honoring my reservation documents, and dealing with the problem between vendors in the background, he said mine were a “lie”! Yes actual quotes! Even though my payment clearly indicated there was no way I reserved the inferior room he put me in. Over the course of the next half hour, we went back and forth, him upping the room type and me showing him pictures of the room I reserved and requesting that room. He even said that I could NOT have that room because they “sold out 10 minutes ago” and maybe I could “try again tomorrow to switch rooms if available”. I then showed him on my phone that Booking.com shows 3 of these rooms still available - and he said it was “lie”, again! So I showed him on Agoda.com the same fact; he just shook his head. I then called Capital One Travel and they talked to him via my phone as they couldn’t reach his office internationally. FINALLY after all this I got the room I paid for. But I was not happy about this check-in experience. It tainted our whole stay here. Perhaps it was just a one off with this manager, but his behavior demonstrated a serious lack of customer service, common courtesy, logic given the rate we paid, and integrity. We question how the hotel could tolerate such behavior and concluded he must have the support of his management to have been so aggressive and bold in his actions. We will NEVER stay here again as a result.

Wir haben die höchste Zimmer Kategorie gebucht. Es war das Zimmer auf der vorletzten Etage und das am höchsten gelegene mit Terrasse. Neunzehn Euro die Nacht ohne Frühstück in 2. Reihe hinter dem Strand mit Meerblick und guter Lage - so die Bilder und die Informationen. Schon die Gasse zum Eingang macht nicht wirklich einen guten. Man muss am Eingang einer Küche vorbei aus der es eher nicht so gut riecht immer mal Müll rausgeflogen kommt. Gut, da kann das Hotel nichts dafür. Ein sehr netter Pförtner hilft einem -ob wann will oder nicht- mit dem Gepäck. Er wird einen auch aufs Zimmer bringen. Der Check In ging schnell und der Reisepass muss an der Rezeption bis zum CheckOut hinterlegt werden. Den bekommt man nicht zurück. Zum Glück waren wir zu zweit so dass wir noch einen Pass hatten um einen Scooter zu leihen. Wir kamen auf der Etage an direkt an der Zimmertür ein riesiger Aschenbecher (als Nichtraucher eklig) Rauchen im Zimmer verboten aber auf dem 2qm Flur und 1 cm vor dem Zimmer erlaubt? Es befinden sich jeweils 2 Zimmer auf den Etagen. Unsere Tür ging nicht ohne Gewalt zu. Absolut verzogen. Im Zimmer dann die große Enttäuschung. Das Zimmer ist in einem Flair gestaltet, der etwas zu altbacken anmutet (das wussten wir aber schon von den Bildern), dass es jedoch schon so herunter gewohnt war.. damit haben wir nicht gerechnet. Die Podeste, der gesamte Boden.. alles schwer beschädigt und das nicht zuletzt weil es auch gar nicht richtig gebaut wurde. Das klingt vll witzig aber: als hätte ein Bäcker das alles gebaut. Barfuß laufen (was ja Standard in Innenräumen in Asien ist) unmöglich wegen Verletzungsgefahr. Ich bin in den ersten Minuten mit den Füßen öfter an herausstehenden Nasen hängengeblieben und hat mir 2 mal die Fußsohle eingeklemmt zwischen den Brettern im Boden welche nachgegeben haben. Wir schlafen immer gern auf sehr festen Matratzen aber das runde Bett war keine Matratze, es war so hart dass es eher ein Brett war. Es war auch keine Matratze erkennbar. Hat keinen Zentimeter nachgegeben. Das Bettzeug wirkte auch verlebt und die Gardine an der Terassentür (welche überhaupt nicht dicht war) hatte viele Löcher. Die Glasscheiben an der Fensterfront waren leider keine Fenster sondern mit Silikon zusammen geklebte große Scheiben. Man hört von draußen alles und das der Boden auch so aufgegangen ist wundert mich nicht, da Wasser und Feuchte hier leichten Zugang haben. Es war nicht sauber.. der Computer (Tower, Tastatur..) war sehr schmutzig.. auch der Stuhl. Die Terasse war so nackig und die Möbel aufgerissen (Rattan).. wir haben uns nicht wohl gefühlt uns wussten, dass wir hier keine 7 Nächte verbringen werden. Wir haben die Zustände an Agoda übermittelt und auch der Rezeption bescheid gegeben, dass wir dies getan haben. Wir haben nicht gepoltert.. einfach nur mittgeteilt, dass wir uns nicht wohl fühlen und alles in einem wirklich sehr schlechten Zustand ist, wir uns aber nicht streiten wollen sondern einfach gehen möchten. Die D
