Posizione ideale, a due passi dal mare e da tutte le attrazioni di Nha Trang. Le stanze sono ampie e pulite, dotate di tutti i comfort. La pulizia viene fatta quotidianamente. Al quarantesimo piano una bellissima piscina a sfioro domina la città. Ho trascorso tre notti splendide,in precedenza avevo dormito pagando la stessa cifra nel hotel a fianco, il Virgo. Non c'è confronto, molto molto molto meglio il Regalia Gold hotel

Situato vicino alla spiaggia di Nha Trang, di fronte alla casaspa (negozio di massaggi) dove vanno molti coreani. Buon rapporto qualità-prezzo.
Anche il personale del banco della lobby era molto cordiale.
Tuttavia, una grande famiglia cinese è venuta in viaggio di fronte alla mia stanza ed era troppo rumorosa con i loro bambini, quindi ho chiesto di cambiare stanza e mi hanno spostato dal 3° piano al 17° piano leggermente più privato (?) per un tassa addizionale.
Sono rimasto un po' deluso dalla rapidità dei tempi durante questo processo.
Al momento del check-out, l'auto per l'aeroporto viene fornita a un prezzo più economico rispetto a un taxi.

For the price, exceptional. The room did not entirely match the pictures provided as the balcony provided was very narrow, so narrow in fact that a chair could only fit if placed sideways. The furniture in the room was also not well arranged, placed together at the end of the bed. All in all though, for the price, this is really an unbeatable offer. Staff at the desk were friendly and attentive, we encountered none of the issues with waiting mentioned in other reviews. The room was clean and the location was excellent. Despite a minor complaint about the balcony I wouldn't hesitate to return.

We really enjoyed our stay during the holiday season at Panama Nha Trang! This hotel has a great location right next to the beach of Nha Trang and is located in a predominant tourist area. They do a great job of welcoming you into the hotel and offering you a lemon tea as they check you in and bring your stuff up. Staff are very friendly as well. One thing that I did not anticipate and that I felt was not clearly expressed to me prior to booking was paying the $50/500k deposit. You do receive your money back upon check-out but that was an unexpected fee -especially when they only take cash. Nonetheless, we really enjoyed our stay. The rooms are spacious and modern. The hotel has 30 floors with a great rooftop view on the top deck with pool, and a breakfast buffet on the 3rd floor. The breakfast was quite nice quite a variety of options including dim sum, freshly cooked brunch items, and classic Western breakfast items such as pancakes and eggs. The hotel caters to a lot of tour groups so you can expect busloads of tourists from overseas as well.
I really appreciate the supportive staff when we visited. Unfortunately during our visit, we got scammed by the taxi drivers in the area and he was trying to get us to agree to a drive to the airport. The staff were incredibly supportive in helping us get away from him and we felt really protected from the upsetting experience. We absolutely recommend this hotel again for the staff that goes above and beyond!!

Mia moglie ed io siamo venuti qui per un viaggio prenatale e per un anniversario di matrimonio, e questo è stato il primo posto in cui siamo stati, ed è stato davvero bello.
La stanza era pulita e hanno persino preparato un piccolo evento, quindi sono rimasto molto soddisfatto del mio primo soggiorno a Nha Trang.
La colazione era discreta e se tornassi la prossima volta penso che soggiornerò qui.

Albergo sito nell'isolato più vivo della città. C'è tutto a portata di mano e anche la spiaggia sia libera che no è a 250 MT. L'interno dell'hotel è un po' datato e sporchino. Il personale non è molto presente. Non ha il servizio lavanderia benché c'è n'è una di fronte. Ciao

Had a great time at Havana hotel. kindness of staff and service. Allow me to use beach parasol, swimming pool, and sauna even after checking out.
Food was also good to my family at least.
Direct turnel between hotel and beach without accross the road. But one sorry point for me who like sauna is that there is no hot bath but only with cold bath. Of course, wed and dry sauna are good.

PPavelMostly good - the room is okay, the view is beautiful. Some stains on the floor. It was a seaview room, and when it was windy, the howling was very loud. Hot water pressure is low. In the mornings, you can hear a bell ringing from somewhere and some very loud music as early as 6 am. The staff at the reception is very helpful - I wanted to rent a motorbike, and they've arranged this for me (there's not really much to see around if you go by foot).

Beach is close, beach chair is ready, rooftop pool is nice, breakfast is also good.
A bit smaller than other 5 stars but the service level is very high.
and price-wise, it is also beat deal.

Quello che stavo cercando era colazione e piscina.
Li amavo davvero entrambi!
La stanza è molto bella e bella, tutte le strutture sono al di là delle mie aspettative.
Ma il flusso di bagno era già rotto, quindi abbiamo chiesto di ripararlo. Ci sono voluti più di 30 minuti... non sono venuti così chiamati tre volte.
Spero che abbiano risposto rapidamente per evitare qualsiasi inconveniente.. perché il bagno.È importante 🫥
Il personale era carino e amichevole
Ma spero che il personale possa essere più amichevole, sembravano così occupati e si sentono come se solo prendessero cura di un costo aggiuntivo per il servizio in camera.
È anche consigliato il mud spa!!

I had the pleasure of dealing with a young gentleman named Ethan and he was pleasant in manner, anticipated my needs before I even communicated them, ensured I was happy and provides solutions to any queries I had.
Upon checking in, I had previously checked out earlier in the day (flight delayed until the next day) and mentioned I had left my swimming shorts in my previous room. The check-in staff said that they would contact housekeeping and see if they could be found. I then checked in and went to my room to discover that it was a connected room with access to the next room via a door. Unfortunately, this lead to noise travelling from my neighbours room. I went to reception and was met by Ethan who then gave me another room, it was an upgrade to a nicer room on a higher floor. Not only that, I asked about my swim shorts and was told that they had been found, they would be laundered and dried before being returned to me. I said that it was fine, I could just take them and they would dry on the balcony, to which Ethan enthusiastically replied, ”Sir, this is the Sheraton!”. It is so nice to hear such words from staff and to know that you're in the hands of people that care and take pride in their work.

L'hotel non si è presentato al momento del pagamento per il check-in anticipato (200.000 vnd), mi hanno detto ”sì, può essere a quell'ora” e io ho detto ”ok, certo, posso aspettare”, quindi non era il check-in a quell'ora. Sono arrivato davvero , stavo aspettando 2 ore. Quando ha detto “puoi andare nella tua stanza! Ma sono 200.000 vnd per il check-in anticipato!” Sono rimasto sorpreso perché non puoi dirmelo prima, quando te l'ho chiesto?! Gli addetti alla reception non sono stati d'aiuto! Prossimo: fanno pagare per l'acqua! ******* acqua! Acqua inclusa nella stanza, non ho chiesto acqua aggiuntiva, ho usato le bottiglie in camera. Mi hanno fatto pagare per l'acqua? L'acqua che non è più un complimento per gli ospiti, è una risorsa per rimanere in vita per l'umanità, specialmente in un clima come quello di Nha Trang, è così meschino e disumano! Le camere lì non sono così economiche e hanno problemi con l'acqua gratuita da bere? Perbacco. Lo stesso problema che paghi troppo ma a nessuno importa in questo hotel dei tuoi confini personali, qualcosa di semplice come mantenere il silenzio in un corridoio. Alle 5 del mattino i bambini corrono e urlano in un corridoio e bussano alle porte mentre giocano, perché dovrei svegliarmi la mattina e discutere con quelle persone sui loro figli?! Perchè dovrei dire regole elementari per stare in silenzio e non dare fastidio agli altri???! Prossimo: dopo che i bambini (hanno litigato e hanno lasciato il corridoio, sono tornato a dormire di nuovo, MA: è arrivato il servizio di pulizia 2 ore dopo e con il rumore ”pulizia cleaaaaaning cleaaaaaaaniiing” ha bussato al servizio di pulizia (ero come un pappagallo a ripetere tre volte ”grazie , non ora, non ne ho bisogno adesso e ho premuto il pulsante prima per non disturbare “, perché lo fanno non riesco a capire?! Ho pagato per 2 notti in questo hotel, ho fatto il check-in prima delle 14:00, erano le 11:00 o qc, mi hanno fatto pagare per questo! Ma la situazione in cui ho lasciato l'hotel prima per gran parte della giornata, a nessuno importa e nessuno mi ha restituito i soldi che non ho usato per vivere? *** Cosa c'è che non va? hotel e quelle persone che lavorano in questo hotel, non lo so!,

PParadiseCityWe liked our stay a lot. The hotel,the pool, beautiful private beach are great. Rooms could use a change of interior but its clean but certainly bit outdated. Good breakfast. Easy transport with the cable cart or shuttle boat to downtown. Since there was a management company change you can see there’s lots of improvement opportunities. E.g. no calling system around the pool to order food or drinks so you have to go to them. Not able to generate a total bill since they split before noon and afternoon bills so guests will have to swipe their cc card twice. Without saying they will charge separately. Extending your stay with a day resulted in our room card not working and not recognizing us at pool when ordering etc. All said we believe they will work out these small nuances and will be back certainly.

The first night was at the 5th floor which is quite noisy with the street and the beach bars around
We spent the 3 others nights at the 24th floor after requested a move to the hotel stuff (they did a good job proposing us several options)
The view at the 24th floor is just amazing
The room is confortable and quite large
The hotel has a swimming rooftop as well perfect for chilling
It’s situated very near the beach (just need to cross the road)
It was my birthday and the hotel stuff offered me a birthday cake (very nice from them) 😁
