Hotel a Nha Trang, Vietnam

Mia moglie ed io siamo venuti qui per un viaggio prenatale e per un anniversario di matrimonio, e questo è stato il primo posto in cui siamo stati, ed è stato davvero bello. La stanza era pulita e hanno persino preparato un piccolo evento, quindi sono rimasto molto soddisfatto del mio primo soggiorno a Nha Trang. La colazione era discreta e se tornassi la prossima volta penso che soggiornerò qui.

Sono un uomo di 40 anni che vive a Ho Chi Minh City con due figli che scrivono recensioni solo su posti che mi piacciono davvero la prossima volta o che odio davvero. (Servizio) Arrivato alle 11 nei tempi previsti, ma ha prontamente accettato il Check In, prenotato con Deluxe (Extra Bed), ma già aggiornato a Family (Deluxe + Living Room) gratuitamente ^^ (Servizi di comodità) Piscina al 5° piano: Piscina per bambini + piscina per adulti (1,4 metri), pericolosa per i bambini che non sanno nuotare, vista sulla spiaggia, l'acqua è piuttosto fredda, non una piscina dinamica, ma comoda con lettini e teli mare, la vasca idromassaggio e la sauna al 5 ° piano sono quasi rivestite per i vietnamiti, la vasca idromassaggio è fredda con una temperatura dell'acqua di 20 gradi e solo un bagno, la sauna è buona con due stanze asciutte e umide e la spa è più del doppio il prezzo di Ho Chi Minh, ma 50 per gli ospiti. % di sconto veniva offerto, la massaggiatrice era kebakei ma era buona, puoi andare allo sky deck attraverso la hall al 1 ° piano, non ci sei stato, ma sembra il posto migliore per goderti la vista notturna e il vista panoramica, club/casinò/karaoke, ecc. Accesso alla spiaggia privata tramite un passaggio sotterraneo, lettini e teli mare sono forniti gratuitamente, e l'acqua del mare non è molto pulita (forse a causa del gran numero di persone durante le festività natalizie ), e la sabbia è molto sottile e soffice, quindi è difficile giocare con i bambini scalzi e costruire castelli di sabbia. Era buono (Pasto) Situato al 2°~3° piano, era molto buono rispetto al rapporto qualità-prezzo (costo della camera + costo della colazione). Continentale e vietnamita erano misti, quindi potevo godermelo comodamente. (Altri) Nessun servizio in camera, ma buoni prezzi del cibo, una bella vista della città con una bicicletta e un buggy (macchina da golf) di fronte all'hotel, un buon appuntamento con una buona caffetteria nelle vicinanze, ci vogliono circa 40 minuti per Kamlan Airport, e per Grab ricordo che ho dato più di 30.000 won in caso di incendio.

Il miglior hotel, e il miglior ragazzo dell'hotel, felice e pieno di dottori per visitare di nuovo. La posizione è scappata e lo spirito di servizio del ragazzo dell'hotel si sentiva meglio sul pianeta.

Vinpearl superò le nostre aspettative con un servizio eccellente. La nostra permanenza è stata davvero piacevole, grazie al personale attento e cortese. Il colazione offre una serie di opzioni di alta qualità. Devo congratularmi con Vinpearl per la sua eccezionale gestione di una situazione in cui il condizionatore della nostra stanza non funzionava; dopo il nostro ritorno alla fine della sera, abbiamo scoperto un messaggio concepito, accompagnato da frutti complimentari, come una sincera scusa. 💯 Grazie!

I liked this hotel. It actually has 5 star potential. However a few things need to be addressed. First may I say I found the staff to be kind and helpful. The room are nice for the price. However 2 things kind of upset me. The first thing is when something breaks you are told it will be fixed but days later it won't be. Even after asking 3 different times. Secondly, the maid. There were 2 of them and while one was perfectly fine the second one had an attitude as soon as the door opened. She would stare at me and start laughing. She'd start saying things in Vietnamese to he coworker and without knowing the language I knew she was degrading me. I don't know why but it was very obvious. I started to just take the water from her and tell her not to clean. She'd go through my trash in front of me and start showing things to the other maid and just start laughing. I travel a lot and this was a first for me. Lastly, I was there for 4 weeks. She left coffee 3 times. Shampoo and bath gel 3 times. All I 4 weeks. I don't know if she takes it home or if the hotel gives her a bonus to not leave it but that was her way of doing things. I always tip maids and I did the first couple of nights until I realized she wasn't leaving anything and I quit. I went out and bought shampoo and coffee as I could see I couldn't rely on her for anything. Her attitude alone cost the review 2 stars and if she keeps this up with other guests they need to look at making a change.

Il personale è molto amichevole e utile.( Ho avuto un problema con il guida locale e mi hanno aiutato a risolvere il problema.) Ho anche goduto i suoni del mattino.(Scuola, cani, festa di matrimonio, moto e pollo) Molto pulito con grandi servizi di pulizia. La posizione è quasi perfetta per me. A pochi minuti dalla spiaggia e dal centro di Nha Trang. Sala da bagno pulita, grande colazione, vista dal 33° piano e una piscina incredibile sul tetto. Il prezzo della stanza era assolutamente negoziabile per questa tipica stanza. Ho soggiornato in camera da letto per 8 notti. In futuro ritornerò in questo hotel. Grazie.

The hotel has a very good view and position in Nha Trang beach. I and my family enjoyed our wonderful weekend here. Services is excellent. I will came back here in the future. Hotel serve poolside BBQ with a beachfront view and the open atmophere. You can see the whole beautiful drone show event in Nha Trang Festival 2023. What a nice place!

Overall, 10/10 The island, the accommodation, staff, everything is really good. We loved the pool & the shore, but I recommend everyone to buy breakfast & dinner, so you won’t have to think about it. They have room service, food is good but not as good as the buffet. Also: book the room with VinWonders tickets, it’s a great deal ＜3

All'inizio vivevano nello standard (ma era più come una stanza per un router), la stanza era piccola e le finestre erano quasi inesistenti, poi erano pagate e abitavano in uno standard normale con vista alla città. La colazione è diversa, ma il colazione europeo non vale la pena aspettare), pulito nella stanza ogni giorno. La ragazza sul recepshen Diep T.Thanh Thao è molto gentile, ci ha dato le chiavi alle 8 a.m. all'arrivo, anche se il check-in al mezzogiorno. Grazie! A 5 minuti dal mare e a Lotus.

We had reservations for a suite 1 bedroom ocean view room, and the pictures on the Capital One travel website showed this room with a round bed and ocean view. However upon arrival, the manager (“Hoc”? On 08Nov22 afternoon) tried to put us in an inferior room facing a building with 2 beds and a partial ocean view. When went back down and refused this room He said his system showed this is what I reserved and paid for. I showed him my prepaid reservation clearly showing otherwise. It also didn’t make sense, as his room was only $28 for 2 nights and we paid $68 per my reservation receipt for the suite 1bd ocean view. While there clearly was some miscommunication in the reservation systems, Instead of acknowledging and honoring my reservation documents, and dealing with the problem between vendors in the background, he said mine were a “lie”! Yes actual quotes! Even though my payment clearly indicated there was no way I reserved the inferior room he put me in. Over the course of the next half hour, we went back and forth, him upping the room type and me showing him pictures of the room I reserved and requesting that room. He even said that I could NOT have that room because they “sold out 10 minutes ago” and maybe I could “try again tomorrow to switch rooms if available”. I then showed him on my phone that Booking.com shows 3 of these rooms still available - and he said it was “lie”, again! So I showed him on Agoda.com the same fact; he just shook his head. I then called Capital One Travel and they talked to him via my phone as they couldn’t reach his office internationally. FINALLY after all this I got the room I paid for. But I was not happy about this check-in experience. It tainted our whole stay here. Perhaps it was just a one off with this manager, but his behavior demonstrated a serious lack of customer service, common courtesy, logic given the rate we paid, and integrity. We question how the hotel could tolerate such behavior and concluded he must have the support of his management to have been so aggressive and bold in his actions. We will NEVER stay here again as a result.
