There is a reason why there are no pictures of the bathroom. These pictures were from after it was cleaned already. My whole stay there were fake eyelashes on the sink and a lot of hairs on the ground. It also smells like smoke. The room is pretty good but the noise from all the tv's really kept me up

The room was really nice, the bed and pillows are comfortable, everyone was really nice and warm. Retsu helped us a lot during our stay.

Despite the inconveniences like the bathroom and toilet being far away, at least I can say that the room was clean, albeit cramped. The climbing up and down stairs to the bed was challenging to say the least. I found the price to be too high for what is offered. I paid less for a spacious hotel room with a private bath. Also, the laundry service they suggested ruined my silk shirt and never informed me. Another shirt was poorly ironed. Avoid Zona Laundry Express at all costs!
