Great and beautiful hotel, new and everything is very high standard.
Unfortunately the staff could not manage a fully booked hotel in terms of keeping up with F&B service, especially for breakfast.
Mostly catered toward Korean guests with high focus on Korean F&B menu, including the breakfast.
Very remote location, beautifully located on Golf Course area but too far from main attractions of Ninh Bình.
Would consider staying again but not at the rate paid (ca 150 USD per night, public holiday).

We had a great time at The Five Ninh Binh. Good experiences by very warm welcome by all Staffs. Great food for lunch, and our kids love the pool and playground so much. We had so much funs with the Buggy tour around the golf resort. The room was spacious with bathtub, very relaxing, only because of family traveling we expected a bit varieties of food and kid food for breakfast. The rest was more than our expectation

We would like to highlight the outstanding service we have received from the whole staff. Special thanks to Han Trung Hieu (Anthony) for his continuous effort supporting us; just amazing. The hotel is classy and super clean. We truly recommend staying there. The golf courses are excellent. Special award to the Queen 18 holes where greens are « PGA like »

Golf Course & the hospitality complex located at 2hours by car from Hanoi Splendid & modern infrastructure Room nice and comfortable bedding All facilities in room Staff very friendly Amaizing golf with 38 holes, kept in perfect condition, court very green Different servives of restauration proposed Nice destination to spend week end in family

저희는 이곳에 약10일간 머물렀습니다. 이호텔의 서비스는 굉장히 좋습니다. 매니저,직원분들이 매우 친절하고 룸컨디션도 수준급입니다. 특히 직원들의 태도는 저희에게 여행에있어서 큰추억을 만들어주었습니다. 무슨일이 생기면 매니저 Hieu씨를 찾으세요!! 어떤일이던지 해주실거에요! 그리고 이곳의 골프장 컨디션도 최고입니다. 캐디분들도 너무 친절하고 좋아요 다음휴가때도 여기로 올계획입니다. Thank you for everone!!!MR.Park

직원들이 너무 친절하고 , 세련된 숙소에요. 골프치기도 너무 좋아요. 무엇보다 매우 안전해요. 직원들이 외국어를 잘 구사하고 조식이 맛있습니다 . 다들 친근하고 체계가 잘 갖추어 져 있어요. 다음번에 꼭 가족들이나 친한친구들과 함께 다시 방문할거에요 하노이에서 약 1시간 거리라서 접근성도 좋고 무엇보다 코스 컨디션이 최상입니다. 럭셔리 골프를 즐길 수 있어요. 베트남 골프와 휴양을 고민하신다면 닌빈 더 파이브앤빌라 리조트에서 즐기세요. 고민할 필요없습니다😊😊

이 숙소의 가장 큰 장점은 편안함과 따뜻함입니다. 작지만 아름다운 수영장, 훌륭한 식사, 호수의 멋진 전망을 갖추고 있습니다. 붐비지 않고 조용히 여행의 매력을 만끽할 수 있는 멋진 곳입니다. 또한, 리조트 내 거의 모든 직원들이 얼마나 친절하고 기꺼이 도와주시는지 감동을 받을 수 있는 곳입니다. 감히 베트남 최고의 장소라고 말씀드리고 싶습니다. 언제나 편안한 곳이에요.
