New Hotel with historical Wifi and noisy rooms During my business travel I stayed for one night in the Hotel. From my room I could listen to the television of my neighbour room and the free Wifi had only 1 Mbit/s Download and 0,54 Mbit/s upload - so it is impossible to do any business calls. If you pay, it should be 8 times faster - but 8 Mbit/s download and 4 Mbit/s uploads is not really better! Hard to do remote work under such conditions. And if I hear somebody else television during night, my sleep is not much better either! To sum up: It's to noisy and the wifi is to bad! But Alnwick and Alnmouth is still worth to be visited.

Great staff great quality of food evening and breakfast. Very new and clean with everything working great. Plenty of FREE parking for guests, log your car registration! Have to add a further 58 letters and numbers to submit this review as minimum of 200 required

Stayed for 3 nights. Good position for accessing local area and amenities Easy booking in system, very friendly staff, breakfast was lovely. The bed was incredibly comfortable , with lovely clean room. Would definitely recommend and visit again.

Standard facilities but shockingly understaffed. After a complete nightmare checking in due to an error by central customer services the room and facilities are as you would expect. However it is clear from the first minute you arrive that Whitbread have taken multi tasking to a ridiculous level. A receptionist that is expected to serve behind the bar and clear tables just leaves a poor impression on all arrivals. No fault of the staff but it’s penny pinching gone too far.

Welcoming, smart and polite staff. Very clean in all areas. Excellent food and drinks menus. Comfortable room and bed. Nicely decor throughout the hotel, including the room. Excellent value for money. We will definitely return. The hotel is ideally situated to visit other beautiful parts of Northumberland, such as Alnmouth and Bamburgh.

A more than decent Premier Inn. Polite friendly staff everywhere. Hotel was clean and bright. Plenty of parking available. The Premier Inn is on an industrial estate but it wasn't overly noisy. It's a few minutes outside Alnwick centre so very handy for getting into the town or gardens. We had breakfast - the food was nice, but both days things had run out. No fruit apart from some oranges, and no yoghurts on one day. Scrambled egg available one day, but you had to ask for it on the other. The bar cafe area is nice enough to sit in in the evening and have a drink or something to eat. We had some minor problems in our room, but when mentioned to reception there was a fast apology and the problem was fixed. We would certainly stay here again despite the small issues.

A great location for where we needed to be that weekend. Great breakfast, lots of choice. Staff were brilliant, very helpful, sorry to the bar staff we kept up, we were catching up with family and friends. Room was clean and comfortable, plenty of parking space.

All the team were polite and courteous, I've stayed here many times and always had a fabulous experience. The breakfast this morning was amazing as always . Never fails to impress and being a regular user ill definitely be returning. Can't wait to visit again.

Arrived Friday 21st at lunchtime and was greeted by Holly at reception who was ever so helpful to my group Over the whole weekend George and Lucy were also exceptional in our enquiries and helpful/knowledgeable too Well done to Holly, George and Lucy for making our stay for 3 nights an enjoyable one We shall return
