Fairways Guest House

Absolute little gem located just a few minutes walk from Newquay Town Centre. Wonderful warm and friendly hosts Spotlessly clean Room, Beds and pillows comfortable Breakfast hamper full of goodies delivered to room. Ceiling fan which was a blessing on hot days Great value for money Quiet location I would highly recommend Fairways Guest House for all the above. When I return to Newquay I will definitely be staying here again.

very budget , dated , neglected no radiators or central heating just plug in oil radiator they will evict you and not give you a refund for following leaving portable heating on when you have come out of intensive care despite no small print accuse you of smoking in property when you been forced to smoke elsewhare as no outdoor seating and you pick your rubbish up to flush down toilet came into room with do not disturb on when paid in advance refuse to reimburese however my bank flagged up as fraudaulant, get men that dont even live or work there to indimidate vulnerable females i will be getting my bank to retrieve monies and going small claims court for alarm and distress please stay there its like an unlicensed HMO

Small Guest House close to the town centre. It's all a little tired I'm afraid. Jo the host is charming and very helpful. My room was basic with a small separate shower which had seen better days. Bed was comfy and I slept well. Not sure if they do breakfast as I was out of season. It just needs a massive update.

A little beauty... I was recommended this guest house as I was running out of options to spend a couple of nights before I headed back to London. Jo is an amazing and friendly host and nothing was too much trouble. Rooms are basic but spotless and the beds a very comfy. Separate bathroom with a good shower. I stayed in room 8 at the back with a sea view. 5 minute walk into town and supermarkets also close. It was soooooooo quiet. Thank you Jo.

Nowhere to park on road, misrepresented. Room tiny and not fit for a couple. Bathroom tiny no privacy door kept jamming and too close for comfort. Sea view questionable. Tv not working. Booked for 6 nights stayed, only one with no refund offered.

The view from the window was breathtaking and the location is really convenient. Joanne was as kind as you expect your landlady to be. The Guest House doesn't serve breakfasts in the dining room. It's possible to buy them and have them delivered to your room but as the room is rather small we decided that it was a better idea to have our breakfasts in the Towan Blystra pub which is 10 minutes walk from the Guest House and serves decent food much cheaper.
