Hotel a Newport Beach, Stati Uniti d'America

L'hotel era molto pulito e amichevole al personale. L'hotel offre un colazione complementare, che vi ha dato una varietà di scelte e sembrava delizioso. My wife and I often stay at Marriot properties throughout the United States. We are retired and do a lot of travel in the US and abroad. The customer service at each Marriott Hotel location has been very good, however at the Marriott Bayview, Newport Beach the service we received upon arrival and all throughout our one-week stay were exceptional. Let me explain. When we arrived at the Hotel, my wife and I was greeted by Josiah Escamilla, the Manager. To say he was very professional, very polite, and very accommodating is an understatement. Josiah was excellent in the attention he gave us, his professional demeanor, and most of all the unbelievable hospitality that Josiah showed us was just…incredible. Never before have we ever been treated with such hospitality in such a professional and courteous manner. Josiah made our stay just an absolute delight. Josiah made certain that whenever we called for room service or for extra towels, blankets, etc., we got what we needed in record time. Josiah was very knowledgeable about events and activities in the hotel and the various amenities the hotel had to offer e.g., restaurant, in-room dining service, gym, outside walking trail, etc. He and his staff made our stay very enjoyable. When we left the hotel, my wife thought that she had lost her purse, we called Josiah to inform him of the loss and within just 15 minutes Josiah called us back to let us know that he had gone back to our room and found my wife’s purse. He then secured the purse in the Hotel safe and insisted that he be the one to give it to my wife when she returned the following day to pick it up. Josiah also was able to correct an error in our Lifetime Gold Elite membership points, which upon our checkout had not been added to our account. He called us to inform us that he made the correction and as a result, the points we earned during our stay, were added to our existing points balance. He and his staff must be acknowledged for the tremendous work they put in to make our visit so comfortable and so enjoyable. We really appreciate the unbelievably high level of service we received throughout our stay. This kind of exceptional service we enjoyed, thanks to Josiah and the rest of his staff, Christine, Maryam, Mariana, Stephanie, Anthony, Tommy, and Josef is why we will continue to stay at Marriott Hotels and particularly the Bayview Marriott, Newport Beach. Questo hotel è molto comodo, grande camera, buona atteggiamento di servizio, ambiente bellissimo e tranquillo, buon paesaggio, molte scelte nel settore alimentare, godere delle strutture in tutti gli aspetti, spero di tornare.

VEA era un incredibile resort. La piscina e la palestra erano fantastiche. Mi sono sbattuto fuori quanto bene i membri del personale erano addestrato. Il personale era così amichevole e accogliente tutto il viaggio da check-in a check-out. Tim nell'aula era particolarmente utile durante il nostro soggiorno e lo faceva sentire come a casa lontano da casa.

Dopo quasi una settimana, il servizio della ricezione è buono, l'hotel è bello, la stanza è bella e il piccolo balcone. È possibile aprire l'aria, l'ambiente circostante è tranquillo, c'è un 7-11 a pochi minuti a piedi. Gli oggetti di vita all'interno possono essere acquistati. 7-11 c'è diversi ristoranti accanto a 7-11, l'hotel è anche un lavabo secco sulla strada 7-11, Un ristorante veloce e un negozio di bevande sani, ma l'unica carenza dell'hotel è che tre giorni hanno pulito la stanza degli ospiti. Ho chiamato il personale di Trip.com per aiutarmi a risolvere. Durante l'epidemia, l'hotel è così regolato, ma può dire all'hotel che ha bisogno di pulizia e può anche essere pulito, Se non è necessario pulire, puoi mettere il sacchetto di spazzolino alla porta della stanza, il servizio clienti di Trip.com è pronto e il servizio di camera è pronto per pulire. Ma il bagno dell'hotel non ha messo il sacchetto di spazzolino, poi sono andato a 7-11 per comprare qualcosa, e poi, parlando del letto dell'hotel, il letto è davvero troppo morbido, il più morbido è comodo per me che non posso dormire il letto morbido. Quanto è bello il tempo che abbiamo passato qui, non posso descriverlo.Stiamo celebrando il ventesimo anniversario del matrimonio e abbiamo deciso di aumentarlo di nuovo.Questa villa è molto pulita, il personale è molto amichevole e molto professionale. Siamo stati aggiornati alla piattaforma del mare, e possiamo vedere il paesaggio principale qui.Una stanza non è colorata, tutto è stato organizzato.La mattina successiva, il colazione nella stanza era delizioso, e il signore che è arrivato alla fine del colazione era molto attento, compreso quello di fare un succo nella stanza (anche molto attento).

Molto bello,,, molto deluso di essere stato in piscina con la potatura degli alberi!!!!!! È stato terribile che i clienti debbano essere informati che in quelle date si stanno svolgendo lavori all'aperto, non abbiamo segnalato molto tempo alla reception (risposta Siamo spiacenti🚧😡
