End of Summer Special Steps to Sand with Reserved Parking, Patio, Bikes and Gear

This property is the perfect spot to set up camp for a week at the beach. It is about 200 steps to the sand. It is in the perfect location along this little strand of coast to utilize all the surrounding piers. It is about a mile walk down to the Newport pier. Close enough to walk (takes us about 30 minutes along the water) or bike to the shops and restaurants, but far enough to escape the parking lots that bring in larger day use crowds. You have 2 reserved parking spots which is a bonus because parking can be hard to find! This unit is our downstairs condo. Both units (downstairs and upstairs) have their own private entrance on opposite sides of the building along with their own private patio. You do not share any space but the driveway.) This unit is downstairs, so you may hear people upstairs if they have heavy feet, but we have more than made up for that it with our low nightly rate!!! From our reviews, you will see we have a lot of families that are very happy with the great price and great location and stay here year after year. It includes a master bedroom with a queen bed and a private bathroom. A second bedroom with a queen bed and a third bedroom with a full over full bunk bed. It has a second full shared bathroom in the hall. When you enter the property, it has an open concept living area with a couch and a dining table so that everyone can hang out in the same space. All of the bedrooms, as well as the living area, have flat screen TVs on the wall. The kitchen is stocked with everything you would need to eat in. It has a coffee maker (pot and keurig) toaster and microwave. There is a patio out back with a sitting area, a charcoal BBQ and a small fire pit. This unit There are bikes, beach chairs, sand toys, umbrellas and a washer/dryer in the garage. We do our best to keep our property well maintained and up to date. We just have this one little property that we fell in love with and enjoy visiting to make lasting memories with our family and enjoying sharing it with other families doing the same thing.
