Recensioni su Holiday Inn Stoke on Trent M6 Jct15, an IHG Hotel

Good location for a trip to Alton Towers. It takes about 35 minutes in the morning. The bed is not that comfortable and the water pressure for shower is quite weak. I was woken up by the sound of the door closing outside in the morning.

Nice hotel with good breakfast but no AC, although mentioned airconditioned on the ad. Good breakfast

Avoid, avoid, avoid. The reception, bar and restaurants are lovely...as are the staff, but a lot of the hotel is in disrepair or neglected. Rubbish, glasses, cigarette butt's, face masks and clothing are strewn on pavements and at doorways around the hotel. This was never picked up, despite complaining. Unfortunately, one of the worst IHG's we've stayed in.

Stayed for one night. Was good, bed was comfy. Food was good.

Great service and breakfast with excellent scene in an aged hotel. Swimming pool needs deep cleaning.

The waiters were friendly. Breakfast is the same every day. There is no air conditioning in summer and it is too hot. Room facilities are average.

Really good place to stay as they have swimming pool , small one for sure.

The room was very small and next the day room was not clean, no towels. toilet flashing was broken, breakfast was ready good and plenty to choose. I don’t no we going back again. They staff was very nice and friendly too. Thank you.

Lovely hotel can't wait go back the stafff wete brilliant politr and the rooms we're lovely and clean and the outside ground s are immaculate and I really look forward to booking again which will be very soon
