Decent price with free parking. The service is free good and the room is clean. However it was a little bit noisy because it’s near the airport so that the airplanes are flying above the sky, which creates a lot of noise. Room sound insulation is not good, you can hear someone talking outside of your room.

Hotel molto bello e confortevole. Prenoteremo questo hotel di nuovo quando visiterò nuovamente New York. Il servizio è piuttosto buono e il personale è molto gentile e amichevole.

Sono rimasto qui per 3 notti e mi sono rimasto. L'unica ragione che l'ho dato 4 stelle su 5 è perché la stanza era un po' date e indossate (un po' di carta da muro pelletando). Ma era pulita e il letto e le lenzuola erano comodi. Le altre cose che mi hanno fatto preoccupare erano: nessuna sicurezza per arrivare ai piani degli ospiti dell'hotel - nessuno poteva prendere l'ascensore in qualsiasi piano. Sono rimasto al 15° piano e quando volevo andare al centro fitness al 7° piano, dovevo portare un ascensore al lobby e poi andare in una banca di ascensori diversa per arrivare al 7° piano - strano. Infine, non sono un fan di una luce che si accende quando entrate nella stanza - soprattutto nel bagno alle 2:00 del mattino. Dirò che il centro fitness è stato davvero bello - nuovi apparecchi e ben memorizzati con cardio, peso e un sistema di trascinamento del peso via cavo. Il ristorante/bar del lobby era piccolo ma bello.

Sono stato in questo hotel N volte, e una volta non è buono come una volta. Le strutture hardware generali dell'hotel devono essere aggiornate. Il flusso d'acqua nella vasca è un po' lento. La qualità delle mele è così così, altri sono così così, ma il servizio (maschile) alla reception è molto entusiasta! Un personale di servizio leggermente più anziano (femmina) era indifferente e ignorato, dimenticando che ”sentirsi a casa” è lo scopo del servizio dell'hotel! Ci sono lavori in corso intorno all'hotel, l'ambiente è molto rumoroso, compromettendo il sonno.

Please avoid this hotel at all costs. The guest experience was certainly deplorable; it is staffed with the most indifferent and unwelcoming staff ever for a Best Western. Don't even ask for a late check-out which I did; the clerk, who was dozing off when I checked in, yelled out ”12 o'clock” when I asked how late I could check out. The room was a good size, and the television worked. The internet was efficient; you just have to figure out that the hotel's phone number is the password. Everything is on sticky notes: your key has a room number stuck on a sticky note so you will not forget (just don't lose your key}. The dead bolt on the door (I had room 702) did not work. Refrigerator worked. However, the horrors immediately occurred right before I went to bed. The noise from the street is pretty bad; lots of cars just like to honk. And there was blood on the sheets on one of the two beds. Good thing that I checked the other bed and found it was blood stained free. In the morning, prior to taking a shower, a clump of hair was in the shower. So much for the cleanliness of this place. The management sent me a sorry response when I complained about their poor cleanliness. There is a Hyatt Place right across the street from this hotel, which has a decent continental breakfast if you are of an elite status with 'World of Hyatt.” I usually don't raise the issue of a Diamond Elite in the Best Western program, but this hotel's poor record of guest service would not matter if you had the status or not. They treat you the same: like a bag of dirt. Avoid!
