This property was disgusting. I had a canceled flight and needed a quick booking. The pictures do not look anything like this hotel. The room was so gross. Condoms spread around my hotel room, the floor looked like it had never been mopped, bugs and dust in every corner. It was gross, I wouldn't even open my luggage for fear of bedbugs. Do not recommend this to anyone.

Check in and check out were easy. Quick booking after my cancelled flight for that day. There was an elevator which gave you a break if you caught the train or had to walk up and down alot of stairs.

its not Bad at all, Its just with that location you never know if its gonna be noisy or not but for the most part I enjoyed my stay bathroom was pretty

I got a smoking room. I wasted over 3 hours trying to air it out. Now my throat hurts. All my things smell like smoke.

The stay was horrible. First off the heating system was not working, then they tried to give me a space heater for the room. I told them no that was not acceptable. Then they gave me a smaller room that did not have hot water for the shower it was cold only the bathroom sink water was hot. To make matters worst there was a crazy women screaming in the hallway all night kicking a room door that echoed through the hotel lobby area where my room was. Could not sleep most of the night.

The hotel and room were very clean. Service for check in was easy, had to get my key re-calibrated for room. Had no issue. The only thing id say is that the water pressure for the shower could be a bit stronger. Other than that i would book here again.

The sheets had a kind of mucus on them, apparently they were spread out without washing them and the room had a bad cigarette smell.
