Le strutture pulite e aggiornate sono buone, ma il personale della reception non ha espressioni o reazioni ed è molto ostile. Rifiutare o non modificare le richieste

Ottimo hotel, mi è stata assegnata una camera al 24° piano con vista sulla città. Eccellente servizio clienti.

Siamo stati benissimo al Civilian, tutto il personale dell'hotel è super cordiale e disponibile! Ritorneremo sicuramente. Inoltre, la posizione è fantastica, vicino a tutto e la palestra TMPL è fantastica!

我們入住了兩晚，第二天回到酒店很晚了，竟然沒有打掃房間。入住時辦理手續也非常慢。晚上酒店內的酒吧聲音很吵，房間裏聽得到。

住了五個晚上，地理位置非常方便，距離百老匯和時代廣場都很近，房間乾淨衞生，非常推薦這家酒店，會再次選擇入住

Quirky city hotel in a great location. BUT BEWARE - There is a night club / bar on floor 27, we stayed on floor 19 and base thumped through our room so loudly it was impossible to sleep. The hotel declined to do anything about this so we were kept up until 2am till the nightclub closed. This happens every Fri/Sat so beware, they said the first night was a one off event and the bar would close at Midnight the next day, it did not and we were again kept up till 2am. This was not ideal on a day we were leaving early for the airport. In the end they refunded a day of our stay, however there was no apology and the attitude was just well the bar does what it does and the hotel guests should just live with it. Funnily enough the event at the bar was invitation only so hotel guests wouldnt be welcome to attend only to have their sleep disrupted. One lift was closed off for the nightclub guests with a **** of a bouncer questioning everyone! If your happy to be out and about every day till 2am hotel is fine, if not then stay elsewhere.

I would described the Civilian as a mixed bag, but one that I enjoyed overall. The weak spots are obvious. The room, although it is well-designed, is tiny. There is essentially no drawer space, so a traveler has to live out of his suitcase. There is excellent under-bed suitcase storage, which offsets this a bit. The elevators are not particularly impressive, and one of the elevators was shut off for clubgoers to the roof deck club on Saturday night, leading to a delay getting back to our rooms after a long night out at the theater and supper. This is just silly. The lobby is much too cramped. It has almost no place for one to sit and be comfortable outside of the room, which exacerbates the room size limitations. That said, the decor is great. The coffee available free in the restaurant in the morning is delicious. The staff are likable to a person. The room decor is nice, although an advantage touted - the ability to stream from one's internet-linked device - did not work. Views were decent. The second floor cocktail lounge was great. Although we had no reservations in the pre-theater hour on a Friday night, we were promptly given a standing table. This was quickly converted to a comfy seat when one of the reservation-makers no-showed. The cocktail menu is a bargain, with negroni happy hours and a great choice of cocktails without alcohol (thankfully not called mocktails). The choice of music was a step beyond the typical Portishead and friends mix.
