Loved the Greenwich. Food is incredible. Beware the free snacks in room are addictive. The front desk staff are so kind and professional. Helped us with dinner reservations. Can not wait to come back in summer and enjoy the outdoor court yard. The shower is a double rainfall!!!!!

As always, a perfect stay at this hotel. From the moment you arrive it feels both like you are one of the family, but also a VIP - and considering it seems like most of the guests are genuine VIPs, (the paparazzi outside testament to this) - is remarkable. For gorgeous rooms, generously sized, the price is reasonable, all the more so when they wake you up with a complementary coffee and replace the endless in-room treats every day.

Finally hit a home run in NYC. I’ve basically stayed at every hotel in the city and finally found my spot. I wrote this poolside in the kyotoesque pool area. The rooms are great: spacious comfortable bedding nice bathrooms and lots of small touches. What stands out, though, is the service. They’re nice, they care and they go out of their way to accommodate with zero attitude. Tribeca of course is fantastic. I will be back and back and back ….

I was very interested in seeing if this hotel would give me the vibe I needed. Upon arrival, everyone was so friendly. This property is a hidden gem. It was a one-night stay on my way to Poland. I wanted to do a site inspection to see if this would be an option for my travel clients who fly out of JRK/LGA. The feel was old-world Italian minimalist. The furniture pieces were unique and specifically chosen for each space. I enjoyed the treats in the room. That was a great touch. The mosaic tile work in the bathrooms was so intricate. I enjoyed a spa treatment at Shibui Spa for a 90-minute massage. The spa area was transcending me to Japan. Having been to Japan I will say they capture it well. The bed was fantastic. Breakfast was INCREDIBLY DELICIOUS! Blueberry pancakes with lemon ricotta, but the bacon was delivered from heaven. Eggwhite with exquisite mushrooms and fresh broccolini. Love it. Let's say I was treated well by all the staff. I had a late flight out of JFK so I was able to work in the beautiful library area on the property. I cannot wait to get my clients booked here. I'm looking to bring a small group to have a SEX and the CITY weekend. Thank you, Melissa and Jennifer.

This is a fabulous hotel. They have paid attention to all the details in the rooms, and the common areas are welcoming and comfortable. It is relatively expensive, but you will see why when you check in, see the amenities, feel the warmth of the staff, and settle in to a lovely room. The furniture is like what you might have at home - if your home were a farmhouse in France. We didn’t have dinner here, but breakfast was delicious, and the service first rate. There is nothing pretentious here, it’s all just good.

It was a truly wonderful stay, literally with all the comforts of home while traveling for business. Slip into the pool and make a Zoom call or meeting, I never missed a beat. I am already anticipating my next stay. I will never be able to stay anywhere else-- sorry, other hotels in NYC.

Love the location and size of this hotel. Quiet streets with families and lots of nice places to eat. The hotel is very clean and the staff has been super accommodating in every way, for ex. Recommendations on dining and reservations to small things for the room. We have stayed before a few times and read some of the comments about the sparse room furnishings, we appreciate the decor and no wall to wall carpeting. Please don’t change it! If I had to find a suggestion, I would renovate the bathrooms and tile and increase the lighting capacity. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Exceptional customer service, quality customer focus. I had a room on 6 floor facing courtyard. Room was amazingly quiet. Bed was exceptionally comfortable. Loved the free snacks and choice of bathroom supplies eg shampoo which is in form of bath soap. Italian restaurant is superb. Best service ever and divine warm vibe.

Warm, proactive, approachable, and thoughtful service. A true home away from home and a wonderful oasis in the midst of all the hustle and bustle. Shamar (so sorry re spelling) at the front desk bookended a wonderful stay. The gym / spa folks are lovely. The courtyard and lounge and lobby cozy and peaceful. Everything was exactly right. Truly looking forward to our next stay.
