La posizione è buona, a pochi passi da Times Square. Le camere sono ben attrezzate e spaziose. Il bel ragazzo del turno di notte alla reception era attento e ha fornito risposte dettagliate alle nostre domande.

La posizione è molto comoda. La rete alberghiera è stabile. Facoltativo se lo scopo è facilitare il viaggio. Se vuoi un posto tranquillo, devi pensare attentamente. Dopotutto, è un hotel che si affaccia sulla strada sulla strada prospera.

The hotel is very accessible and convenient with walking distance to the theatres, Times Square, and Central Park. Rooms are spacious and clean. There are sufficient number of electric sockets and USBs. The sofa bench is good.

Room was extra$$ for high floor city view. It had high floor (15) and city view was uptown manhattan without any real land marks. Quiet enough but sirens were still nyc. Happy hour was generous but complimentary morning coffee had strong cut off. Rooms were spotless but for some reason housekeeping missed us our first day/ night. Great location. Not a lot of need for interaction with staff, but all personnel were well trained and positive. Even in top floor elevators were very quick at all times. If seeing broadway shows this is the place. Would recommend

The soundproof from room to room is horrible, one morning woke up by the noise (screaming, yelling kids) at 6 am, and one night woke up to the noise( fighting and yelling couple) at 2 am. Need to call twice to the help desk in order for them to call and warn the next room. Did requested the makeup mirror for 2 mornings and on the 3rd morning my husband walked up to the front desk and directly asked for it and they said you should find the cleaning staff and ask for that by yourself. (In the hotel note it stated makeup mirror is included for free request )

The hotel was great. Great location. The hotel is literally next to Times Square and next to a Subway station.

Great location, extremely close to broadway. Especially good if you like to catch a few late night broadway shows, the hotel is just 5-10 mins walk away. Lots of food options nearby too.

It was a nice hotel with hospitable staff. It’s proximity to Times Square makes the experience even better
