Thompson Central Park New York by Hyatt

La camera era moderna e spaziosa per essere a New York: posizione perfetta, con molti negozi e ristoranti nella zona.

Location and staff are excellent!  Bathroom are not up to standard. There is no ventilation system in the bathroom area, therefore you will felt humid feeling all the time. To be fair to hotel, we are showered twice daily. Additional their shower curtains is too thick and created funky smell in the bathroom. My recommendation is you need to choose another type of fabric yarn for shower curtains. The faucet set is not functioned properly, both shower heads, the tub and the  shower are working at the same time whenever we are using. Making the water power is low. But we already unpacked and so tired from the trip to asked for maintenance or room change. The room size and the room decor look nice as in the picture. The bed quality is ok, not the most comfortable but good enough at this hotel standard. The lobby personnels are prompt for your service and security.  The lift is very fast and convenience.

Wonderful hotel with excellent location and ambience.

Very good location with 2 very nice restaurant beside , hotel is very clean n not area not noisy , walk 8 mins to Times Square , as I have late flight , hotel is great to accommodate me till 130pm for late check out . Best hotel imo..

Excellent stay and great location.

Great and safe location! Close to metro stations and bus stops, making it easy to reach tourist attractions. The staff were enthusiastic, friendly, and helpful. The city view wasn’t particularly impressive — mostly rooftops and some unsightly air conditioners — but that was fine. I booked an accessible room; unless you specifically need accessibility features, I wouldn’t recommend this type of room. The door closes very slowly due to the automatic mechanism, and the bathroom felt unnecessarily large for my needs. That said, overall cleanliness and hospitality were excellent!

Nice hotel with friendly staff

I was good place overall! For visiting the carnegie hall, location was good and service was great too
