terribile, rubano i soldi. Stiamo facendo causa all’hotel in quanto nessuno ci risponde, situazione imbarazzante. Abbiamo prenotato l’hotel e dopo 3 mesi non abbiamo ancora ricevuto il rimborso. Vi rubano i soldi scappate . Abbiamo mandato 6 email e ora facciamo causa

Nightmare hotel , tiny rooms,small unsafe stairs to room,had cockroaches in bedroom, reported it and I was told room had been cleaned but it was still dirty under bed, daughter woke up screaming when cockroaches were on her face so we checked out early and went to another hotel Staff apologised but I got no refund Avoid

I would avoid this place , as there are much better places in the city at similar prices. The sheets were dirty, no pillowcases, and bugs were in the room. When I raised these issues to management, I was constantly told that they would try and fix them, but then nothing was done. I was then given the e-mail of management to remedy things after my stay, but got no response after multiple inquiries. I know its cheap, but there are comparable spots that are cleaner and more attentive. The only reason its not one star is because the staff at least pretended to care and its unfair to blame them when there were literally no pillowcases available and management seems to have checked out.

After reading a lot of reviews we were a little skeptical going into our trip. I want to start off by saying we were presently surprised. This hotel is half the cost of those surrounding it, believe it or not, you get what you pay for. Is this the Ritz? Absolutely not, so don’t expect it. What you get here is a nice, clean room and full bathroom right in the heart of Times Square at an affordable price, nothing else. I read a lot of complaints about having to walk up stairs, yes you have to walk up stairs…not a big deal. No we couldn’t get the TV and WiFi to work, but also didn’t try very hard. We didn’t come to NYC for the hotel tv and WiFi. Aside from those couple things this hotel was great and would absolutely stay here again. We booked a king room and got a King bed that was more comfortable than other hotel beds I’ve slept on. Everyone at the front desk was very friendly and offered to carry our bags up the stairs to our room for us. I can’t speak on the refund complaints as we didn’t need to cancel our trip but we didn’t have any random additional charges or anything like that. Overall, if you’re looking for a clean, barebones affordable place to stay in Times Square I would absolutely recommend this stay

You get what you pay for and this is fine for a few nights. We knew in advance there was no lift and we only had to do the stairs once a day when coming back at night. It was annoying there was no WIFI and there is nowhere to store your clothes so we just lived out of the suitcase, we were only there 4 nights. The room was small but comfortable and spotlessly clean, the bathroom floor got very wet when showering (lots of hot water btw) but they provided free slippers to wear once out of the shower so you didn't slip. Staff were very friendly and helpful and we coudn't fault the location. If you want cheap and cheerful for 3/4 nights you'll be fine here - we had the queen deluxe room.

Pros: The location is amazing, and the air con worked well. Cons: In 8 days my room was not serviced once even though I asked it to be. The cleaning staff kept showing up at 7am/8am when I wasnt ready and asked them to come back and they never did. The wifi didnt work, the TV didnt work, the bathroom floor flooded every time I used the shower and the walls were paper thin so I could hear absolutely everything going on around me. Oh, and on the day I checked in, they didnt have a key card for me - I had no access to my own room for the first 18 hours and had to get staff to open the door for me whenever I left the room on the first day.

Do yourself a favor – stay away from this place. Paid for 6 nights – stayed for 5 One block north and right you will find a real hotel (for the same price) with housekeeping and elevator. You will not get any response from the management whatsoever. It’s basically a rip-off you should avoid.

Very little value for money. We feeling quite ripped off. Overpriced for what is advertised as a hotel. Feels like a hostel. Rooms feel like they have been so “touched up” in the pictures. Dont recommend to stay, much better value for money hotels available.

Terrible hotel! We checked in and checked back out again. We arrived to the hotel checked in carried out bags up the stairs to our room, where we found a tiny room with the window being left open which leads out to an alley. The bathroom was dirty and looked like it hadn’t been cleaned before we had arrived and seeing cockroaches come up the drain too. We booked ourselves a new hotel within minutes and left! Definitely do not book here.
