Hotel in zona Ponte degli Amanti, Nuova Taipei

我最近在承億文旅（新北淡水吹風）入住，整體體驗相當不錯。首先，飯店的衛生程度讓我感到非常滿意，房間保持得很乾淨，讓人感到舒適。位置方面，飯店位於淡水，周圍環境優美，方便前往各大景點，特別適合喜愛散步的情侶。服務方面，工作人員熱情友好，隨時準備提供幫助，讓我覺得受到了良好的款待。雖然設施方面還有一些提升的空間，但總體來說，這次的住宿經驗是愉快的。如果你正在尋找一個適合情侶的住宿地點，承億文旅絕對是一個值得考慮的選擇！

We stayed five nights here. The room was awesome - it was a studio apartment really, with considerate touches like a cubby seat where shoes are kept, equipped with a handlebar for those who need support to get up from a seated position. There's a tatami room with a platform floor where there was space and more for our teenaged daughter. You get a choice of normal water or hotspring in the bathtub. I found the hotspring water so healing. I injured my knee some months ago and it still ******d with pain from time to time. The knee was fine after the hotsping soaks. We had dinner at the restaurant on our first night, having just flown in. The food was great! We were the last patrons. The friendly chef even came out to chat with us! Breakfast is sent in stacks of bento boxes to the room. There's a choice of western or oriental. Whichever the choice, there was too much delicious food. We asked them to reduce the selection by one or two items. Staff were helpful and friendly. One of them saw me struggling to communicate in Chinese and quickly came up to tell me that I can speak in English with her. My daughter wanted to buy a box of their cookies on our last night there but the restaurant was just about to close and they didn't have ready stock. Nonetheless, they prepared our cookies and delivered them to our room within half and hour. The cookies were scrumptious! Do try them! They come packed in an elegant wooden box too. Location-wise, the hotel is near the beautiful Tamsui area. It takes longer to get into the Taipei city area - where the shopping and cultural district is - but it is convenient by LRT. A big thank you to all the lovely staff of this wonderful hotel!!

Sebbene l'hotel si trovi un po' lontano dalle principali attrazioni/aree commerciali di Taipei, è stato comunque molto facile spostarsi poiché la stazione ferroviaria è proprio sotto l'hotel, quindi è stato molto comodo. Le strutture della palestra sono di prim'ordine, hanno molte attrezzature. Anche la camera dell'hotel è spaziosa e pulita. La varietà della colazione, tuttavia, può essere migliorata, il cibo non è così impressionante e la sala da pranzo è piuttosto piccola. Inoltre, non offrono il servizio in camera. Per il prezzo ne vale la pena, sicuramente soggiornerei di nuovo in questo hotel se dovessi tornare a Taipei!

Il personale di servizio è un buon atteggiamento

Tutto è fantastico, grandi camere, personale amichevole e posizione conveniente!! Solo che se viaggiate con auto / uber / noleggio privato, allora non così, come le giacche durante l'ora di picco sono davvero cattive, una distanza di 5 minuti potrebbe richiedere fino a 30 minuti.. ma se per il trasporto pubblico, diagonalmente c'è un terminale di autobus + stazione di metro + stazione ferroviaria ad alta velocità!! Ci è anche una microonde ma è solo per l'uso durante le ore di apertura del ristorante, circa 6:00? A circa 10:00? O così.. La piscina sopra è anche molto pulita, ma non c'è ascensore diretto.. c'è anche una bevanda benvenuta (bevande soft) al primo check in, ogni giorno ci sono 2 bottiglie di acqua gratis per animali domestici

Il trasporto è conveniente. Ci vogliono solo 3 minuti a piedi per raggiungere la stazione di Banqiao/ferrovia ad alta velocità/ferrovia di Taiwan/stazione MRT. La colazione a buffet dell'hotel è nella media e non della qualità che dovrebbe avere un hotel di fascia alta.

A supposedly 4 star hotel that delivers the bare minimum. Nothing to shout about, had an unobjectionable stay here in January this year and was happy with the location and relatively clean room so decided to book again for 5 nights for my recent trip. Regretted my decision as I felt that the service was lackluster. Upon entering the room we saw that the double bed was made up by 2 twin beds unlike our initial experience so we approached the front desk to enquire if a change was possible as we do not like the feel of the gap between the beds and the light switches were behind our pillows making the lights on/off if we were to even lightly lean on the headboard. The answer we got was that we should have indicated that request upon check in and it is a common process for hotels to join 2 twin beds and sell them as a double room. The front desk manager also said the check in rate was 98% that night. We then asked if we could have a change the next day and the reply was to come down and check again tmr. No effort to assist and instead all we felt was him trying the shift the blame to us when all we requested was a double bed when it is available. That left an extremely sour taste in our mouth. The next morning, I woke up with red bites on my arms, legs and torso, however my partner didn't had any so I did not relate it to the cleanliness of the room. The next 2 morning remained to be the same and we requested a change of room which we were given. The itchiness subsided after the change. The staff also passed a cream for itchness to me. But she mentioned it may be mosquito bites which I can tell it isn't as they are in clusters. Location was convenient for us as it is near the banqiao transfer station and there are food choices around the hotel as well as a few family marts.

Viaggi incredibili al resort bianco sulla spiaggia...ci piace davvero il cibo le strutture, la pulizia, il servizio... ci piace davvero la vista sulla spiaggia... alza del sole mattina 😍😍😍😍

Il capo è molto gentile e atteggiamento buono...Rimanere in pioggia quella notte, il capo è disposto a prendermi personalmente alla strada. Anche se non è bello trovare il posto, l'edificio ha un senso di residenza a Taiwan Mming nella stanza preferita Aspettando di avere tempo per parlare dopo la prossima vacanza, bere caffè

Il posto è molto buono. Sono molto vicini alle nove vecchie strade. Il servizio di trasporto pubblico è gratuito.Il telaio d'oro e il museo d'oro sono anche molto vicini. Tutti guidano in 5-10 minuti, e il biglietto per il museo d'oro è gratuito.Popolazione sulla montagna, il paesaggio è molto bello. Il capo del popolo, il capo del popolo, è molto entusiasta e il buon colazione.La stanza è particolarmente pulita e igienica.
