Hotel in zona Keelung River, Nuova Taipei

We stayed five nights here. The room was awesome - it was a studio apartment really, with considerate touches like a cubby seat where shoes are kept, equipped with a handlebar for those who need support to get up from a seated position. There's a tatami room with a platform floor where there was space and more for our teenaged daughter. You get a choice of normal water or hotspring in the bathtub. I found the hotspring water so healing. I injured my knee some months ago and it still ******d with pain from time to time. The knee was fine after the hotsping soaks. We had dinner at the restaurant on our first night, having just flown in. The food was great! We were the last patrons. The friendly chef even came out to chat with us! Breakfast is sent in stacks of bento boxes to the room. There's a choice of western or oriental. Whichever the choice, there was too much delicious food. We asked them to reduce the selection by one or two items. Staff were helpful and friendly. One of them saw me struggling to communicate in Chinese and quickly came up to tell me that I can speak in English with her. My daughter wanted to buy a box of their cookies on our last night there but the restaurant was just about to close and they didn't have ready stock. Nonetheless, they prepared our cookies and delivered them to our room within half and hour. The cookies were scrumptious! Do try them! They come packed in an elegant wooden box too. Location-wise, the hotel is near the beautiful Tamsui area. It takes longer to get into the Taipei city area - where the shopping and cultural district is - but it is convenient by LRT. A big thank you to all the lovely staff of this wonderful hotel!!

Location is great with excellent view over the fisherman’s wharf. However, the arrival experience was quite awkward as once I got up to the room, there were two housekeeping carts right in front of my room and the room door was opened, this gave me an impression that the room was not ready. Besides, service from the Front Desk lady will need to improve as she gave me quite an awkward attitude upon both arrival and departure.

Sebbene l'hotel si trovi un po' lontano dalle principali attrazioni/aree commerciali di Taipei, è stato comunque molto facile spostarsi poiché la stazione ferroviaria è proprio sotto l'hotel, quindi è stato molto comodo. Le strutture della palestra sono di prim'ordine, hanno molte attrezzature. Anche la camera dell'hotel è spaziosa e pulita. La varietà della colazione, tuttavia, può essere migliorata, il cibo non è così impressionante e la sala da pranzo è piuttosto piccola. Inoltre, non offrono il servizio in camera. Per il prezzo ne vale la pena, sicuramente soggiornerei di nuovo in questo hotel se dovessi tornare a Taipei!

WiFi occasionally stopped working at night that affected my and remote work streaming experience. And the equipment inside bathtub seemed to be not fully functional. (The sign said the tub had Massaging function but turned out it was replaced with another new tub, so the massage function was the old one)

Molto buono! La posizione dell'hotel è grande. C'è un centro commerciale 5 minuti di distanza e vicino a MRT. La stanza è abbastanza grande e nuova!! La mia stanza è al 21 piano, quindi la vista è sorprendente. Posso vedere la città circondata dalle montagne. 3F Piscina esterna è anche buona!

La stanza era calda la notte, non c'era AC, Ma il ricevitore mi ha dato un fan e mi ha dato la possibilità di cambiare la stanza. La strada per raggiungere l'hotel è in costruzione e il quartiere è molto residenziale. Il comando per le luci è difficile, nessuna musica come viene fornita. L'acqua dalle docce entra nel pavimento. Mi è stata data una password per un'altra rete come quella che dovevo ottenere non ha funzionato all'inizio. Ci sono lavanderie e negozi confortevoli intorno. Mi sono unito alle foto della stazione più vicina, a 16 minuti.

Shanger hotel is very near to Sanchong MRT station and in Sanchong Airport MRT station. The walking time from the hotel to the MRT station is just 10 minutes to 15 minutes. The hotel staff are very approachable.

Ero lì per il mio viaggio d'affari. Mi piace il personale dell'hotel, tutti sono così gentili per me. Non meglio. Vicino al Mitsui Outlet Park Linkou & A9 MRT, facile da fare shopping e camminare intorno. Ci sono molti ristoranti intorno all'hotel, e davvero buon gusto. Tornero' a visitare di nuovo. La stanza è pulita e confortevole. Il colazione è ok. Ha avuto un soggiorno molto piacevole. Avrei consigliato molto questo hotel!

Il personale della reception dell'hotel è molto amichevole. La stanza è molto spaziosa e molto pulita. La posizione dell'hotel è conveniente per il traffico. La colazione è ancora disponibile.

Il personale di servizio è un buon atteggiamento
