First, a very big thank you to all the best manners and excellent staff..from day 1 Yvonne, Louise, then Ms Yang, Cindy til Mr Masaki the last day.. they all are very friendly, helpful and very professional in their work. As we have to leave very early to the airport..without further words, Ms Yang was so meticulous enough to suggest Breakfast Bento ( attached is the nutritious 爱心bento ，thank you the kitchen staff for the preparation🙏 😍) and Mr Masaki handles our last minute request promptly in a professional way..The staff of Just Sleep Sanchong seem to know 读心术 & wil fulfill all your needs🥺😍. Second, even though the hotel is few years old but the room and all amenities are still in a very good condition. the comfortable bed, clean floor, good shower 👍 Real appreciate Mr Daniel for making up the rooms everyday and was very impressed by the sparkling clean toilet. Third, distance is not a problem at all as the Mrt station is just a few steps away.. Last but not least, the breakfast environment is good and beautiful plus the efficient breakfast staff,🙏 Looking forward to the delicious breakfast first thing in the morning😋😋For sure, I will Definitely recommend without 2nd thought this beautiful and Marvellous Just Sleep Sanchong to all friends and definitely will stay at this Just Sleep Sanchong again if come back to Taipei🥰😘😍 Thank you very much again to all beautiful people of Just Sleep Sanchong. Tuttavia, ancora suggerisce di portare luce, perché Uber non può accedere quasi alle strade strette intorno a Jiufen. La vista dalla stanza è perfetta!! La camera è accogliente con 2 Queen beds/1 camera di prenotazione. 1 camera = metà della casa ＞＞ 1 camera in piedi e 1 camera in piedi ma limitata 2 persone/ 1 camera di prenotazione) quindi se si arrivano sono un gruppo di 4 persone si possono prenotare 2 camere (intera casa). Il BNB non è adatto alle persone con problemi di ginocchio, perché dovrete camminare sulle scale per raggiungere il BNB ma ha accesso alla vecchia strada non lontano ma fino. Penso ancora che sia un grande posto per rimanere. La colazione viene con pacchetti (sandwich, omeletta, veggies). Puoi discutere con l'ospite per il check-in e lasciare il sacchetto dopo il check-out.In generale, ama il posto, è bello e pulito e puoi raffreddare nella stanza fino al check-out 12.00

UUtente anonimoFirst time booking this hotel. Met with some issues during check in. The staff ask for extra cash to top up for one of our kid who’s 9 years old.
Told him that Trip.com indicated no extra payment needed. Ended up he made a mistake by assuming that we’d book for the 2 single bed room instead of triple bed.
Such a blunder he made. Other than that, the room and facilities were great. Hotel Cham Cham is really Cham (Hokkien) ah!

However, the arrival experience was quite awkward as once I got up to the room, there were two housekeeping carts right in front of my room and the room door was opened, this gave me an impression that the room was not ready.
Besides, service from the Front Desk lady will need to improve as she gave me quite an awkward attitude upon both arrival and departure.

MMeimienThe hotel is abt 10 to 12 mins walk from the Banqiao mrt station. There was a message frm the hotel informing me that there was some construction going on till the end of august but i didnt hear any sound of construction with my stay there. I was able to unwind and relax on my stay. The bed is very comfy and room very clean. I love the peppermint shampoo. My stay comes with breakfast, food was ok , i dont usually eat rice in the morning but when i tried their truffle mushroom rice with white sauce , i got stuck i went back for a second serving. Over all my stay was great.

MMJ98Cleanliness - 4/5. The room was clean. What I saw from a few other reviews about this hotel that rated it low for cleanliness was in regards to complaints about the maintenance of the room. Yes, there were some areas of the room that required attention, like re-grouting the bathroom or fixing some wall paper and paint on the walls. However, these things do not make the room dirty. There were no dirty marks and there was no dust in the room. The eating could be 5/5 if those aesthetic issues were fixed but I believe the complaints of other guests about the room to be unwarranted.
Location - The location is excellent, only a short walk to the old street and the view from the property speaks for itself.
Service - The owner was very friendly and explained everything to us clearly. He provided us with a tour of the museum and he was very knowledgeable. He helped us with everything we needed, such as providinh us with an additional towel.
Amenities - There is a water fountain for both hot and cold water for use by all guests. In the room there are some tea bags and cups too. The hotel also provided us with toothbrushes and toothpaste.
