Enjoyed the stay here, the staffs are friendly and patiently introduced everything. The lounge bar is awesome with fabulous design. The river view in my room is awesome. Recommended to have more choice for room service.

It’s a beautiful hotel with a good location. The hotel has shuttle bus to pick up and drop off at the Tamsui train station before 6pm. We had four nights’ stay with garden view which actually is a golf course with the pond.

The hotel is located around Tamsui, not very convenient from mrt station but it provides shuttle bus with reservation. Have to purchase for the toothbrush.

Very good experience, but the hotel bar closes at 6pm. Quite a bummer. It was raining so we didn’t get the chance to check out the sky lounge. We’d like to visit again when the weather is good. Oh and we really like the smart speaker on the bedside table.

Was with my mom celebrating her birthday at FAB Golden Tulip Hotel, we booked a mini city tour and the driver/ guide was very friendly. The room has a beautiful view overlooking golf course and very spacious! We also enjoyed the set dinner and breakfast at hotel restaurant. Overall good service and friendly staffs.

總體來説我自己覺得不到四星級酒店，主要因為以下幾點： 1. 給我的毛巾是臟的（看下圖） 2. 房間裏無法打前台的電話，那個按鈕永遠是佔線。 3. 去登高台喝咖啡結果正好遇見測試火警的，但是登高台之運營到晚上7點，難道不可以在這之後弄嗎？ 4. 跟我朋友一起打包了淡水小食然後居然整個酒店都沒有兩個人坐下來吃東西的地方。 5. 機械老化，晚上能聽到空調很大的嗡嗡聲。 除此之外好的地方分別是服務態度還是非常不錯的然後就是Star Lounge非常好看！
