Our stay was excellent! The staff at Rose Villa made us feel welcome and the room has a great view of the yin yang sea.
We accidentally left a personal item at the hotel and the staff went out of their way to help get it delivered to our hotel in Taipei! The service is truly above and beyond our expectations.

The location is superb! Just right at the entrance of jiufen old street. Because of the location, you cant complaint much about the facilities. The shower at the side of the basin is not good for big-size people. Other than that we love it! Breakfast is offered but choices is not many, the taste is acceptable.

Molto pulito, buona posizione, non ci vogliono cinque minuti per camminare sulla vecchia strada. Ci sono posti di parcheggio, è solo un posto più difficile da trovare.

We spent two nights in this accomodation. The check-in was easy and the owner speaks basic English. It is very close to the famous old street but you have to climb up many stairs.
The humidity in this room was very high and you could see it on the walls and feel it when touching the bed and the linen. The room is equipped with basic and rather old furniture and an old AC.
We do not recommend to stay here for more than two days.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo hotel per una notte. Tutto era buono. Il posto è un po 'difficile da trovare. La password wifi è il numero di telefono dell'hotel. Non abbiamo comprato una carta SIM quando eravamo a Taiwan, quindi non è stato facile comunicare con il desk front without wifi. C'è un video YouTube su come andare all'hotel e da la vecchia strada. Dovresti chiedere questo video prima del check-in.

PPBBA cute and nice bed-and-breakfast with multiple locations located in Jiufen. It is HYLLY RECOMMEND that you CONTACT the HOTEL FANTASY Arrival as the bed-and-breakfast has multiple locations and it’s hard to find them without proper direction. Le strade di questa città sono molto ventose, perché è su una montagna, quindi è anche difficile per i conducenti di taxi trovare le posizioni dell'hotel.
Dopo aver contattato l'hotel, mi hanno potuto prendere da un punto casuale che mi sono perso e mi hanno diretto nella mia stanza. La stanza era molto bella, molto grande, pulita e si trova molto vicino alla vecchia strada circa cinque minuti a piedi su alcune scale e anche molto vicino a Mart familiare e 7-Eleven per tutte le vostre esigenze.
L'unica cosa che vorrei è che l'hotel potesse fornire più tovalette, tovaglie a mano, tovaglie facciali sarebbero carini. Hanno fornito solo due asciugamani a corpo completo, ma altri che questo grande posto molto raccomandato a causa della sua comodità nella zona e la cortesia del loro personale che parla anche inglese. 😊 Hanno anche fornito un bel colazione che è stato consegnato alla vostra stanza ogni volta che volete la mattina.
Sono anche super grandi a fornire una mappa della città e dare tutti i suggerimenti per il vostro soggiorno e di dirvi dove mangiare e le ore di questi luoghi.

MMaya Sumy kiddos really enjoyed the swimming pool. I also enjoyed watching a spectacular sunset from the view of Tamsui Fisherman Wart. Taking some good pictures on the rooftop.
My husband enjoyed the varieties of their breakfast.

Nothing to shout about, had an unobjectionable stay here in January this year and was happy with the location and relatively clean room so decided to book again for 5 nights for my recent trip. Regretted my decision as I felt that the service was lackluster. Upon entering the room we saw that the double bed was made up by 2 twin beds unlike our initial experience so we approached the front desk to enquire if a change was possible as we do not like the feel of the gap between the beds and the light switches were behind our pillows making the lights on/off if we were to even lightly lean on the headboard.
The answer we got was that we should have indicated that request upon check in and it is a common process for hotels to join 2 twin beds and sell them as a double room. The front desk manager also said the check in rate was 98% that night. We then asked if we could have a change the next day and the reply was to come down and check again tmr. No effort to assist and instead all we felt was him trying the shift the blame to us when all we requested was a double bed when it is available. That left an extremely sour taste in our mouth.
The next morning, I woke up with red bites on my arms, legs and torso, however my partner didn't had any so I did not relate it to the cleanliness of the room. The next 2 morning remained to be the same and we requested a change of room which we were given. The itchiness subsided after the change. The staff also passed a cream for itchness to me. But she mentioned it may be mosquito bites which I can tell it isn't as they are in clusters.
Location was convenient for us as it is near the banqiao transfer station and there are food choices around the hotel as well as a few family marts.

Solo che se viaggiate con auto / uber / noleggio privato, allora non così, come le giacche durante l'ora di picco sono davvero cattive, una distanza di 5 minuti potrebbe richiedere fino a 30 minuti.. ma se per il trasporto pubblico, diagonalmente c'è un terminale di autobus + stazione di metro + stazione ferroviaria ad alta velocità!! Ci è anche una microonde ma è solo per l'uso durante le ore di apertura del ristorante, circa 6:00? A circa 10:00? O così.. La piscina sopra è anche molto pulita, ma non c'è ascensore diretto.. c'è anche una bevanda benvenuta (bevande soft) al primo check in, ogni giorno ci sono 2 bottiglie di acqua gratis per animali domestici

SSolososIt’s a perfect hotel for the purpose of my visit, right next to a Metro station and three convenience stores, such as 7-Eleven and Family Mart. I like the very modern industrial style design in the room. The bathroom, bedding, and mattress are all high spec. A very positive surprise for me is that the room is supplied with a perfect electric kettle for making pour over coffee and two individual coffee sachets. There is free coffee, drinks, and snacks offered all day long in the lobby and breakfast area. The breakfast is also pretty good. The hotel has a relaxed and friendly atmosphere in general. All in all, it has left a very positive impression on me.

UUtente anonimoRoom is spacious and clean. Shower room and toilet are separate. Staff are polite and helpful. We arrived late in the afternoon at 5pm and were recommended to have food at the next building's restaurant, which were special and delicious. Walking distance to train station is about 10 to 13 minutes, which is reasonable. We also tried the sandwiches and coffee breakfast downstairs before departure. We really enjoyed our stay 4 nights there!
