I regret to say that my stay at this rented condo was a poor experience overall. While the location had potential, the lack of attention to basic amenities and customer service made the stay uncomfortable and frustrating. One of the first issues we encountered was the lack of a place to hang a jacket inside the condo. All the spaces were locked, and jackets ended up hanging from the chairs. It seems like a small detail, but it became inconvenient, especially when trying to keep things organized in a cramped space. During our stay, we experienced a serious disruption with the elevator service for three days. For someone with bad knees, this was particularly troubling, as we were on the 7th floor. Climbing multiple flights of stairs during three days of interrupted service is not something anyone should expect while paying for a place that promises basic amenities. Adding to the frustration, there was an unexpected power outage. We were never informed about it in advance, nor were we told how long it would last. This lack of communication was not only annoying but also felt inconsiderate. The internet TV also didn’t work after the power interruption, and there were no instructions provided on how to troubleshoot or get assistance. It was another service that we had hoped would be available, but we were left to deal with it on our own. What was truly disappointing was the management company, Ocean Properties and Management Inc. They claimed that they don’t manage the property directly and that there was an office in the building. However, during our 7-day stay, the office was never open, which made it impossible to address any of these issues while we were there. All in all, this stay fell far short of expectations. The lack of basic amenities, the unresponsive management, and the numerous service interruptions made it a poor experience. I would not recommend staying here, especially if you rely on efficient communication and reliable facilities. However, I should mention that the management company that is not managing the building did communicate in 11 emails the rules, conditions, penalties, and all the things that will be done to us in case we do not follow the rules.
