Just show up and get to relaxing because this unit has all you need! Fully stocked kitchen including a Keurig coffee maker, a stocked spice cabinet and a water filter directly in the fridge. Unit has an inviting outdoor couch, and small hammock to watch the sunrise each morning. Coin laundry available on the same floor. All linens provided as well as board games, bathroom essentials, beach toys, umbrella, chairs and more! Conveniently located on a NO drive part of the beach, and shopping center across the street. One of New Smyrna's hottest breakfast spots and homemade ice cream shop, as well as a grocery store, souvenir shop, and gym.
