Backyard features large covered patio perfect for entertaining and Arizona's outdoor living, heated Pebble Tec pool with relaxing water features, built-in BBQ, fire pit, luxury patio furniture. Min 2 nights. Pets landlord approval.
Multi generational home, the property offers plenty of options for gathering large families or groups of friends, insuring everyone has space to gather and have privacy the same time.
Walking into cozy courtyard entrance with fountain and large covered front patio you will notice tranquility of this home, comfortable space and attention to details.
Main house features 4 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, 3 car garage.
Master suite has Ca King bed.
Other 3 bedrooms have queen beds.
Kitchen open to great room with 12 ft ceiling , gas fireplace and 85 inch wall mount smart TV. Piano for music lovers.
Large gourmet kitchen with kitchen island and breakfast bar, built in 42 inch GE Monogram fridge, cooktop, wall oven, trash compactor, kitchen equipped with everything you need for cooking: condiments, spices, coffee, tea, hot cocoa, bottle of wine included.
Formal dining room with 80 inch road table comfortable seat 8 guests, plus kitchen nook table seats additional 6 people.
Baths equipped with plenty of towels, soap, shampoo, toilet paper.
Luxury beds with cotton sheets, comfortable resort style mattresses. TV in each bedroom.
Spacious laundry room with washer and dryer included, build-in iron board.
You will enjoy relaxing with glass of wine by gas fireplace in great room and master bedroom.
Master bath offers resort style jetted tub for relaxation and large walk-in shower, private toilet room, double sinks.
There are 2 desks, work area in a house if you looking to work from home.
Kids playground for little ones to enjoy. Kid-friendly extras like a Pack 'n Play, high chair, and pool toys, family games.
Pet friendly, fully fenced in backyard.
The backyard has everything you will want in Arizona vacation. Large covered patio with luxury patio furniture perfect for relaxation and dining out side, out door heater for chilly winter nights and cooler for hot summer nights, built in BBQ grill with out door mini fridge, putting greens, yard games, ping pong table, darts, and of course large heated pool and spa with water feature.
Detached guest casita features kitchenette with mini fridge, microwave and sink, full bath with walk-in closet and queen bed sleeps 2 people.
You will feel like a home in this beautiful well taking care of home and will not want to leave.

Easy access, text host day before arrival and host will provide combo lock box code. Host leave close by and able to assist guest with any questions they might have in timing manner.
Great North Phoenix location Desert Hills, I17 and Carefree hwy, Lake Pleasant Marina only 20 min away, bring your boat. Cave Creek Recreation Park 10 min away offers hiking and horse back riding trails, Ben Avery Shooting Range 10 min away, Sonoran Preserve hiking trails 5 min away, close to Norterra shopping and restaurants, hot air balloons rides. Playing golf? Rancho Manana golf course only 15 min away. Anthem Country Club 15 min drive. To heat pool and spa guests will be charged for use of propane gas $4/ gal, could be around $150 to heat pool and spa, to heat spa only approx $50 a night, pool warm without heat mid of May through end of September

Must be 25 to book
Children must be under supervision at all the times when near the pool, no Lifeguard on duty.
Quiet hours 9 p.m to 8 a.m
Owners retain exclusive use of RV garage.
Home can sleep 10-12 people.
We do best to ensure guest have 5 star experience. Guest will be provided with plenty of start up supplies.

Family Vacation
We had a great stay and would book again. The house is as listed and the kitchen is stocked with lots of utensils and pots and pans. All the bathrooms had plenty of toiletries. The pool and hot tub were great and my kids spent most of their time in the pool during pool hours of 9am-10pm. Overall we had a great stay

Loved the location
I am glad we picked Olga's place. It is far enough outside of phoenix to avoid heavy traffic, but not so far remote that it takes forever to get anywhere. Cavecreek is a quick drive, as well as grocery stores, restaurants etc. The house itself is in a quiet area and has a lovely backyard. It worked out great for our stay. Many amenities included; not having to buy paper goods was nice. We paid for heated hottub/pool; enjoyable for our stay. The place overall is really beautiful. And comfy beds too!

Family Reunion
We needed a place big enough for 10 adults, this house was perfect for our family. Our cousin lived around the corner which made it so convenient for us. The house is beautiful, with ample space for 10. Great open floor plan. The host was so easy to work with. We had a quick weekend, but we talked about going back and staying longer! I would definitely recommend this property. Very, very comfortable.

Loved this house and location!
House was very spacious and clean. Large backyard and pool. The location was not only close to everything, the were view was beautiful. Olga was very responsive when we contacted her. Looking forward to returning next summer.

Spring Break in Phoenix
Beautiful house. Close to a number of restaurants and grocery stores. Responsive and courteous owner. Enjoyed sitting in the hot tub looking at the stars. A lot of great memories made with the family.

Family Reunion and Birthday
First I must say this home is beautiful inside and out! It was a few minutes away from my personal home and perfect for family coming into town. It has luxury accommodations and you feel very comfortable there. Olga was awesome to communicate with from booking until check out. There are nice personal touches in the home that are so welcoming. We had such a perfect time, we are wanting to make this an annual family get together and incoming family stay there again. This is a must stay if you are looking for a beautiful luxury home with a tranquil resort style backyard!
